Rude and unprofessional
Let's talk about Jackie, the general manager and my experience with HER. I stayed at this hotel for two nights and thirty minutes before check out, she comes knocking on my door with NO name tag in a very rude and offensive manor demanding that we stop smoking and let her in. My friend cussed and shut the door denying her access. So he then went to the front desk and had some not so nice words with her and called her by what her name should be, Karen. After leaving, they charged me $200 for smoke damage and refused to show ANY proof of such damage, that's because there was none. I do not smoke inside. If I did, I would eat that charge because I was too lazy to go outside BUT if they did their job and checked the camers, they'd see me and my boyfriend outside smoking off their property. So I email, in the reply FROM KAREN, I get NO MENTION of damage, just that my boyfriend was using very vulgar and offensive language. WELL, attitude gets met with attitude. If you would have came at us nicer, we would have been nicer. So not only did this woman STEAL my money, she is accusing me of something I NEVER HAVE NOR WILL I EVER DO. They lied, said they found ashes and the room was hazy. It's a flat out 100% lie to be petty because she got her feelings hurt. I'll make the world now to never come to this facility. Although it was a nice stay, KAREN/JACKIE ruined it with her poor customer service and false accusations. THIEF. Do not stay here. IF YOU DO, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, TAKE PHOTOS AS SOON AS YOU CHECK IN!
Worst place to stay in Aberdeen. Needs to be ran better. Management should go through formal training on interacting with people. The housekeepers were literally the kindest people there. I don't blame the younger people working there, I blame management. It starts from the top.
The hotel was easy to find and fairly new. Rooms are very spacious (king size bed is the room we had). Breakfast area is nice and the hotel is very clean. We did not use the pool, but it was a nice space.

We arrived later in the day checked in with friendly service went to room the. Down to hot tub after long day of driving very clean. Breakfast was good staff super friendly and helpful. Great restful night
Nice Hotel. Clean and the beds are very comfortable! The breakfast had many choices and was hot and fresh during the entire serving time. Staff was very friendly. I liked that I couldn't hear any hallway or other guest noise
