As fotos enganam qualquer um. Somente os quartos são bons e bem preservados. Os corredores, recepção, piscina e estacionamento estão desabando de ruins. Salvando uma única recepcionista que - infelizmente - não me lembro do nome, o resto dos funcionários são rudes e despreparados. Em pleno verão com o sol se pondo às 22, a piscina fecha às 19. Só que quando você faz turismo chega depois disso. Um dia chegamos mais cedo e... tem que comprar touca para poder entrar na água. Não existe praia como afirma a recepcionista, é um deck em um lugar sujo e sem condição de mergulho. Por fim, eles não sabem dar informações sobre o Vesúvio, que deve ser uma das atrações mais procuradas. O café da manhã é regular para ruim e o serviço do restaurante não poderia ser mais antipático. Excessão: o garçom do último dia (04/07), o rapaz moreno, porque o loiro...

Stayed in the hotel groups of22 in february,friendly,helpful manager&staff except 1 extremely rude&unfriendly guy in reception,manager knows,group leader knows,if they dont get rid of him hotel is in trouble,we liked the hotel breakfast reasonable,rooms were clean,thank you.

Great base tour hotel.

A large group of us stayed at Wave during a 3-night tour. We used the Wave hotel as our base. The reception staff were organised and welcoming. Our room was clean and fresh. The balcony had clear views of Mount Etna where at night, a slight lava flow from the volcano can be seen. Good Breakfast was served by welcoming and friendly staff and was of good variety and quality. A short walk down to the bay and there are delightful restaurants/cafes and bars. Perfect coffee is available at most places. The hotel is peaceful and well-organised in a good old-fashioned way. Recommended indeed, especially for a base tour hotel. Thank you.

Average Hotel in Catania

We have stayed in the hotel on 28 and 20 October. The hotel is a small one and the room we were offered was very small though it has bigger rooms. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower cabin also that i hardly took tje shower. THe breakfast is nice and the location of the hotel is roughly 8 km to Catania city Center which is roughly 40 Euros from the hotel. There are 3-4 fish restaurants on theCapomulini sea side serving fresh sea food .

The Hotel is roughly a few kilometers to the Catania City center in an isolated area with only 3 sea restaurants on the sea side. It is in a dark area where you can access nearby surroundings within 15 minutes of walk . The rooms are average but the bathroom was terrinble. I hardly took a shower since the shower area was very small though i am a medium built Person. Breakfast was better than the expectation and the hotel staff is friendly. There is a big supermarket area within 2km distance if you need to buy food etc.
