Um hotel deste nível,merece umas instalações mais bem cuidadas,com algumas deficiências na qualidade e estado das paredes,portas e pichelaria dos WC's. O pequeno almoço fica bastante aquém das expectativas para um 5 *,comparativamente a outros que tive a oportunidade de ficar instalado. Atendimento e Serviço de Elevada qualidade,com TODOS os colaboradores sempre prestáveis e eficientes

Just stayed at this hotel witch we where put in by easy jet as our flights where cancelled on a half board basis, The hotel is clean tidy. The food is good the hotel states it's a 5 star and in general it properly is for Morocco but one thing I must say is that most of the staff at the reception area in the hotel need to know how to smile and to talk to people as most Seem to be unhappy being pleaseent to customers goes a long way.

we have a best time in Atlantic Hotel the staff was friendly a very high and good customer services we recommend to All friends and family if they want to book hotels don't forget to book this hotel and price is as well reasonable especially one of the staff her Name is Soukain Haioued she did lots of hospitality and we appreciate it Best wushes Shah Hemmat and Namatulla Farhang

Firstly, if you think this hotel is going to be 5 Star in every respect, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment! Room rates reflect the fact that the rooms need refurbishment and that the facilities are a just a little rough around the edges. The hotel is VAST and so undertaking a refurbishment will be very costly indeed. I believe the staff and management are coping very admirably and I wish them all the very best going forward. The service, commitment to keeping the hotel as clean as possible and quality of the communal areas certainly places this hotel in the 5 Star category. I was very unwell for 24 hours after eating at El Toro (AVOID) and the concierge were absolutely superb in arranging for room cleaning, a doctor and water etcetera. Those guys deserve a medal. Thank you to the hotel team.
