HIGH ALERT SECURITY

Update, according to the contract this place is (HIGH ALERT SECURITY) and could be a public risk. Positives: Location (easy to get there). Acceptable price. Designs and decorations. Cleanness. Nearby beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. Kids playgrounds with control cameras on the room. Handicaps’ private parking. Areas of Improvement: High alert security policies (difficult accessibilities). Limited and difficulty to find car parkings. Long time check-in and check-out process. Noisy sound from nearby apartments and corridors. The telephone is calling frequently (noisy). Overpriced. The kitchen is NOT well-equipped nor prepared (misunderstandings of MOH and CDC guidelines for preventive measures of COVID-19 and poorly applied). Lacking of security and visual screening for feverish guests. Housekeeping timing. Construction 🚧 audio-physical noisiness.

Fine but not coming again!

I spent two nights in this hotel. The room is small and fine. The receptionist isn’t professional at all. He doesn’t know how to make you satisfied with the property! And they take a deposit 200 SR. :) the worst thing is that they are too sharp with the check out! They say that you have to be out of the room by 12 pm after that they will charge you with 25% of the one night price, then if you stay more than (I don’t know how many hours) they will charge you with 50% of the original price! “GOD” we are in 2021! أمضيت ليلتين في هذا الفندق. الغرف صغيرة ولكنها جيّدة. موظف الاستقبال غير احترافي أبدا ولا يعرف كيف يجعلك راضيا في إقامتك لديهم! كذلك، يأخذون ٢٠٠ ريال تأمين :). أسوأ ما في الفندق، هو أن المغادرة عندهم لابد أن تكون خارج غرفتك قبل الساعة ١٢ ظهرًا! بعد ذلك إن بقيت لمدة بسيطة ستضطر لدفع ٢٥٪ من قيمة اليوميّة للغرفة لديهم. وإذا بقيت لمدة تزيد عن كذا ساعة (لا أعرف بالضبط كم ساعة) ستضطر لدفع ٥٠٪ من قيمة الغرفة !!! للأسف هذا يحصل ونحن في ٢٠٢١ !!

although we came a little early, the receptionist was kind enough to let us stay.. the room was great, it was clean.. recommended to any tourist or even family to stay at..the view was ok.. overlooking part of the city and the corniche..

Rooms are good nice and clean, little bit small, exotic food with option to ask the chef if some other delicacy is required. Staff cooperative and friendly. Peaceful atmosphere. Staying here for almost 8 days now. Recommended for business or casual visit.

Hi there this is my second stay in Normas hotel after 3 weeks it made me came back to this hotel its because its a super cool hotel eveyting is very convenient the wifi speed is awesome. And the other reason is there is a lady in the front desk name by BATOOL she is so helpfull in printing out some documents, telling us whats nearby this place, and any help you ask her its kind of quick respond from her last but not least a very welcoming person, its not only me whom stay in Normas hotel our company members all stay in this hotel.It a very nice and beautiful hotel to stay in.
