Covid didn’t effect the quality of the hotel

It is already the 5 th time then we are choosing the Delphin hotels for our family vacations. This hotel we already visiting the second time. We are very satisfied of the quality which we can recieve during our summer leave. Staff is wonderfull starting from the reception, libby bar, restaurant and the beach bar. I would like to say special thank to the room cleaning staff, our lady is amazing. She came on the first day in order to introduce herself and to say that we can relay on her that she will do her best and she did. As our first time then we spent vacations Delphin Deluxe was before the COVID era, I 100% can say that all services stay the same, no any worsening signs😉 I have to stop eriting the review as the skating team bring me watermelon and wonderfull coctail😎

I can describe in a few words: hospitality, cleanliness and professional services. It was above my expectations. And ... all the staff are smiling. Everyone has a big smile on their face which makes your day more beautiful. Thank you Delphin Delux Resort for all your efforts to have a wonderful vacation.

Great food, nice pools, fun activities for the family! Staff is verry professional and helpful. Themed nights, such as Gala night are an amzing experience. Shopping mall close by. Would recommend for any family looking for a all inclusive holiday.

We were at Delphin Deluxe between June 17 - 25, 2022, with my parents and my two kids. The services, the stuff, the food were amaizing, but the top of the top was the Mini-club, as my kids were fascinanted by the activities and all the care that Berfuu and her colleagues from the Mini-club were preparing day by day and even in the night. Even if my kids are not English native speakers, Berfuu and Gulistan were really, really great in explaining and becoming bffs. There were Russians, Germans, Romanian, Turkish kids and the girls (Berfuu, Gulistan and their colleagues) managed to make them all happy and full with joy, all day long and in the evening, at the shows for kids and for everyone. They were the biger sisters for the kids. Parties and games in the pool, educational games, face painting, t-shirts painting, treasure hunting and many many other activities. My kids were asking me to stay a little bit more, like untill autumn, when the school starts again. So, if you want to have a vacation with the kids, just go to Delphin Deluxe, the kids will have fun, you'll have activites for yourselves and the relaxation is guaranteed, as there are many many activities for grown-ups, as well. Delphin Deluxe is not a typicall kind of all-inclusive resorts, with only lots of food and drinks, but with activities for everyone and excellent services.

Omg. What an amazing holiday here. Weather amazing, staff amazing, food amazing, rooms amazing. The place was was amazing. Around rhe pool the staff very attentive to everyone and on skates... Polite and friendly... food at night was brilliant, Hugh range to choose from always hot and fresh, did try the other resturants Mexican was the best.
