Although the deco inside the hotel is outdated, the cleanliness is good, the food is varied and the entertainment team is excellent. Would definitely recommend, me and my family enjoyed our stay here.

Good hotel for a break away

We travelled as a family of 3 adults and a 9 year old. After reading some of the reviews I was quite concerned about what I was letting myself in for. All the members of staff we spoke too were friendly and accommodating, yes some didn't speak great English, however we were in Turkiye and spoke little Turkish so can't criticise the hotel for that (unlike some of the reviewers). The vitamin bar had a lady called Gunner who was absolutely brilliant, always friendly and served us cold drinks speedily. The facilities were really good the slides are open for 2 hours twice a day and the pool was good, only issue being other guests being inconsiderate in the pool - also we were unable to get sunbeds any of our weeks stay there...people reserved them at 8am and saw some reserve them in the pool, beach and the jetty, this is my only gripe with the hotel - I feel more should be done to stop this happening - however as everyone has the blue hotel towels it would be very difficult to monitor. Most days we were able to get seats by the pool or beach bar. The food was good, a great variety - we never were without food we liked (and that includes a very fussy 9 year old). No they don't have typical British food - but again why would we go to Turkey and expect English cuisine? There was always pasta with sauce and a selection of kids food if none of the other foods appeal. The only thing that was annoying was that we often had to ask the staff for cutlery as they didn't seem to re lay the tables very quickly when guests had left. The entertainment was good for all ages and exceeded my expectations! The acrobatic show was brilliant and I recommend that! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a family break, however if you want to lounge by the pool, avoid peak times!

Do not recommend this hotel, not hospitable to English speaking customers. During our stay we found that the staff were not friendly and openly talked about us knowing that we did not understand the language. At the Moonbar we were made to feel as though we were not welcome there. Our party was not made aware that the WiFi was free in the lobby area (only realised this after going through the reviews on trip advisor after our stay). WiFi should have been included in the 5* all-inclusive package. My wife was asked to come out of the pool by a member of staff, who then questioned "whether I was aware of the rules and had been warned about wearing a burkini". She was not wearing a burkini, but a long sleeve rash vest & appropriate swimwear. After speaking to others in the pool I found that those who did not opt to wear a bikini had gone through the same ordeal. There is no mention of these rules on the website or any mention of this when booking. But those wearing caps, sunglasses or standard loose cotton t-shirts in the pool/waterslides were not approached at all. Every individual has the right to wear whichever appropriate swimwear they are comfortable with. Be that because of their religious beliefs or something as simple as not wanting to display scars, for example. I asked for the manager to come speak to me, this did not occur. The lady that had been sent out made me aware that the hotel is in the process of making changes to their website so that it states that burkini are not allowed in their pools. Slides and pool were generally clean. Slides were great for kids and adults, not a waterpark, but enough to keep you entertained for a while. However, on a few days they decided to have adults play water polo where the kids were all coming down from the slides, not safe for anyone, several near misses. Only on one day was the lifeguard properly watching and supervising the slides. Evening entertainment just after 9pm was good for adults and kids, was better than I expected on all nights we attended. Catered mainly for their Russian customers. Though food was nice with a reasonable variety, it was repetitive. The al carte was not worth the wait, very bland food. On a positive note, the hotel has a private beach which easily accessible. Main pool area is spacious. Separate small pool for babies/toddlers. I wouldn’t stay here again. The overall standard is not of a 5* hotel, but to a degree that is reflected in their price. Management don't seem to respond to poor reviews, might help improve their rating if they did try to improve.

Amazing stay . Maximum fun . Friendly staff. Great food . Access to the beach . Thumbs up.kids were so happy . All day entertainment .Overall stay was so nice . Close to supermarkets and free rides to alanya town center . Highly recommended for families .

Excellent hotel for families, nicest staff and friendlyest waiters. Hotel was clean and well equiped, lots of programmes. The food variety was gorgeous and delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel!
