I don't know what was more horrible - the place or the company selling it - Coral travel in Poland. They lied to us about the room, we didn't have a contact person to talk to and get assistance. The hotel AC was loud and we were told it cant be fixed, so couldn't get a good night sleep on vacation. I could go on and on, please save yourself and do not ever go there, unless they pay you do stay. To add a little dessert - we had mold in the shower.

The staff do not speak well English or Russian Guests smoked in public areas All bungalows have poor sound insulation Loud music until 1 am No shampoo or hair conditioner Min amount of beach umbrellas

I am very happy. I like the hotel very much. This is a children's paradise. You didn't want to go home. I had a big problem with the booking but everything was explained. Best regards to the very friendly Orhan Bal manager

Please read other travellers comments, they are not lying, while this is a picture perfect hotel with nice surroundings and views - it is however programmed to dissappoint non Russians. Be prepared to be ill with the same food offered throughout your stay (reheated from from previos servings) and If you not had your breakfast by 9am tough - your offered absolute minimum as late breakfast. You will be charged $2 ea if you want fresh OJ and god forbid you want a mocktail (without alcohol) that will cost you $6 ea, you will also find that the water offered will be at room temp and on occasion will get a cold one throught your stay. There is no WIFI (Chargeable $3 per day) but free at reception area. The Hotel advertised as 4* but at best 2* the hotel need a refurb as it is run down.I have never experienced where i had to pay for a drink at an All Inclusive Hotel? all other soft drinks are machine vendable. I can go on. I unfortunately ignored other non russian Reviews and live to regret it. Please feel free to ignore my comments (review) also If you think i am exaggerating.

The hotel is geared only to Russian guests. At the reception they can only say a few words in English. The hotel service, although only Russian speaks it, is very nice and helpful! Restaurant food poor and repetitive, only soups very good. All animations for guests and children only in Russian or in sign language. 95% of all markings are also in Russian. The behavior of most of the Russian guests leaves much to be desired. When you go to breakfast, you can see 80% of the sunbeds occupied by towels, and during the day all sunbeds are occupied in this way.
