Customer service check in could have been better she was not welcoming at all and red hair on shower wall was not cleaned. I can tell the room was cleaned but bathroom walls should have been wipe down. I loved the location the hotel was beautiful and the manager was nice

Disapointing and Dirty

Dirty floor, dirty tub, dirty toilet, sleeping front desk clerk - stood there for 10 minutes before calling and waking him up in the next room. Terrible breakfast (the only hot thing they had was waffles.

Filthy room, faulty electrical, poor maintenance, and uncooperative management

Checked in at 10pm on 10/20/22. 1st room fridge not working and strike plate on door missing, door did not close properly, next room jacuzzi suite with jacuzzi wiring outside of wall, extension cord and electrical tape being used plus backed up sewage (yes, backed up sewage per maintenance) in bathroom sink and tub. Next room, what appeared to be bloom stains on curtains and dirty bedding, 4th room was clean but drapes not complete, windows too dirty to see outside well, missing trim around mirror, bathroom exhaust fan not working, hair on wall and around shower, worn out desk chair. Took 2 hours to actually get into a room. Evening front desk staff leaves before night staff arrives to hotel. Was told a manger would be available in the morning to speak with, manager was at a different location and said she would meet with us Saturday before checkout. Friday afternoon we had a tree branch next to the hotel fall on our car (bad luck, I know) front desk gave number to manager and advised we call her. Manager is Jaycee Lomax , who when I called and briefly explained the situation and tree branch falling on our car replied “I’m sick, not with Covid but I’m sick. I said I would talk to you tomorrow. You should just call and file a police report about the tree. Jesus Christ!” She then Hung up the phone. I did after that reach out to Radisson Customer Care they said a GM should reach out to us before check out. Jaycee Lorax, manager is the GM, she has not reached out to us.

***DO NOT BOOK HERE***If I could rate this no stars I would. Need more focus on cleaning the rooms better. The first room I was given had Roaches or Ants in the bathroom. I brought this up with the desk attendant that evening along with pictures of the bugs crawling on the walls. I was moved into a second room. As I walked through the hallway it reeked of marijuana. The air conditioning in the second room blew out warm air only, which was confirmed by the desk attendant. The bathroom was filthy (hair on the bathroom floor and bed linen, mold in the tub and shower walls, a dirty coffee pot, the windows were stained which made it very difficult to see the parking lot, and an unknown substance in the bathroom that appeared to be vomit or blood). Photos of each of these concerns were provided to the hotel. Unfortunately, it was very late, and I had to stay at the hotel that night, because of a faulty car battery. When the attendant asked about my stay the next morning, I explained the conditions of both rooms that I was given. He stated that he would be happy to give me a refund and credit my account. Three days later I noticed that my account had been charged $100+ dollars. After three unsuccessful attempts to contact the hotel management, I was told by a non-management personnel that since the payment had been processed, they could not issue a refund. I then contacted their customer care department. I was told that they would contact the hotel and see if they could assist me in getting credit for my stay. Conclusion, after three weeks the hotel management decided that they would take 25% off my bill. If the hotel can issue a partial credit after the payment has been processed, how can they not issue a full refund? They LIED! This hotel is dishonest with VERY POOR Management and lacks customer service. BE WARNED!!

Good staff, rooms not to great

Stained sheets and dirty stained toilets. Everything in the room looked old and chipped. Dresser door was hanging off, curtains stained and ripped. I slept in my clothes. I already have sensitive skin.
