Trata-se de um hotel com uma boa relação de custo x beneficio. fica ao lado do aeroporto internacional de Albuquerque e oferece ótimos quartos e um café da manhã básico, porem compatível com o valor da diária. O hotel oferece WIFI gratuito um happy hour no final da tarde. O único ponto desfavorável que me chamou a atenção diz respeito que o mesmo não possui elevador para acesso ao segundo andar. Assim sendo, os hospedes são obrigados a carregar suas malas pela escada.
Bad customer service
Front desk clerk received me with a “You can’t be here without a mask!” I had forgotten my mask in the car after driving 7 hours. I understand I had to have a mask on, but staff needs professionalism on how to remind guests to wear masks. She was just plain rude!!
Nice place to stay.
The hotel was very clean and the beds are awesome! Everything in our room was very clean and the rooms are big enough to move around comfortably. The only problem we encountered was the breakfast line was moving so slowly that we decided to skip it and get something elsewhere. I would suggest having more than one staff serving during this COVID ordeal.. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I come through.

After staying in various hotels in Albuquerque, the BEST WESTERN AIRPORT INNSUITES should be rated as one of the top hotels in the city The hotel was beyond my expectations. The room was spotless and the bedding and furnishings were as good as any high end stay in any city I've visited.
My worst travel experience ever
My worst travel experience ever, The hotel wait staff at this location is extremely rude. The kitchen staff were extremely condescending and acted as if they were going out of their way to provide us any service at all. At checkout I was over charged $118 and when I took it to the manager he was extremely rude condescending and at the end of the transaction walked away. After asking him to come back to the counter to acquire his name so that I could file a complaint against him he handed me his card, he then turned and walking away again. I would NOT recommend staying here go anywhere but here!
