The room was great, the automatic discount was also very nice with the Dennys being nearby, only complaint is the water pressure. It is there but up to what you would find at a much more luxurious hotel/inn. But it's not though, so it's good.

Bad location for family stay

The hotel was relatively clean, but the location is in a sleazy area with homeless people very near it. We had our pet with us (a small quiet dog). Our first room was right next to an adjoining room with two large barking dogs. We complained and were given the next room down…it was better. Was a “dog park” but it was just small gravel and a trash can in a fenced in area…no poop bags. And it was really full of poop. If you are a trucker, it is really convenient as there is truck/trailer parking close and a Flying J immediately across the street.

Staying here because location seemed convenient and they allow pets. Pros: free parking, allows pets, staff seems nice although I only stayed for 6 hours to sleep while on my cross country drive. I woke up at 3am never more eager to get out of this gross room. Cons: disgusting… beyond disgusting.. stains on the chair and all over the bed covers that look like white liquid if you know what I mean. Towels look like they were used and just refolded. Walls are so thin. Beds kinda suck. Definitely not worth the $100 for the night. Tons of homeless around so I don’t feel safe as a solo female traveler.

HOTEL BEAT - WAY OVERPICED

WYNDAM had better be CAREFUL...it's properties have been steadily going downhill. This Microtel Inn is VERY BEAT-UP and WAY OVER-PRICED for the Amenities quality of service. First off our A/C went out and we had to ask the TWICE to get a room change. The second room was just as beat-up with the security latch broken....at least the A/C worked...BUT NO auto temperature control....had to manually keep lowering and raising the A/C. Second the "free hot breakfast" WAS A JOKE. Again - WAY OVER-PRICED WYNDAM BEWARE!!!

Clean, Convenient to I-40, Super Kind, Friendly and Helpful Staff

This will be our 7th night! We are Wyndham Reward Members and chose to stay here for the proximity to Camping World (where our camper is getting some surprise repairs), its dog friendliness and the value. The room is clean, the beds are firm and after being on the road, we always appreciate a really great hot shower! We have interacted with lots of people that work here this week and they've all been awesome, including Arthur. Everyone's care and attention to detail really shows. Thank you all for your kindness and a wonderful experience. So very much appreciated.
