The staff is amazing .!!

Had 3 days at this beautiful place. My first experience was at the arrival with the receptionist Mr. internship Bernardo from Portugal 🇵🇹 Great welcome and service from his site, the room was not ready when I arrived, but I was quickly offered a drink in the pool bar on the house. And then Bernardo came after 15 min with the key and informed me the was available now. The young man in the pool-bar (do not remember his name) Was a fresh guy, good service and professional approach. The restaurant manager, (The nice lady that was setting people when arrival at the restaurant for lunch and Dinner) Had an amazing personality, not only towards me But also when the family with kids was arriving to the restaurant. All in all an amazing experience fromthe staff, they all made me feeling more than welcome, and I did not feel alone even though I was there by my self. The bad site. Outdated rooms, the food is not Up to standard, to much waiting time for getting access to restaurant.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the hotel - first time we have used it. Very welcoming, friendly staff. Good location, easy to park. Rooms were clean and tidy. Highly recommended the hotel.

This hotel came to my attention via the Secret Escapes website! It does not fit the description implied. This is a hotel specialising in family holidays, definitely NOT suitable for couples of which we are! The staff are lovely but the amenities are very basic i.e., rooms, general areas and the buffet style food. On the plus side it is in a very good location for the beaches, restaurants and marina. Our room even though basic had lovely views of the mountains, sea and marina.

Nice hotel near seafront, but about 5-10 minutes from the beach. Hotels caters mostly to guests from Spain (i.e. dinner starts at 8 p.m.), not all the staff speaks good English. Rooms clean, but even thoug it was apartment and has a mini kitchen (sink and microwave) there were no glasses in the room. Hotel is very quiet and we had no problems finding sunbeds.

The hotel is okay. Breakfast buffet was the highlight for our two-night stay. Good spread with hot fares as well as cold cuts. The rooms were clean and without issue. Wifi was a low-light, being available only in the common areas when the hotel information during booking indicated free wifi in the rooms.
