Muito mau a nivel de quartos e limpeza a comida não é má mas começa a ser repetitiva apos 4 dias o pessoal do restaurante muito simpático a area da receção muito má e com mau atendimento não recomendo a ninguém

We had booked online for a SeaView Room when we arrived we were told non available and were given a Classic Room which was awful We duly complained and were told that if we paid 50Euoros in a couple of days we could move into one We complied with that but not good enough They should have told us from the start if i had known i wouldnt have gone there Plus there is no safety measures in the Bathrooms and i slipped getting out of the shower ending up in Hospital I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone the worst hotel i have ever stayed in!!!

Basic rooms,but clean and tidy.cleaning service every day.food was pleantfull,but do not expect English menu.you are in Spain.if you are wheelchair bound,not accessible. OK if you have limited mobility. Staff very committed to their work.top tip. Bring a non slip bath mat.8 out of 10.
Having booked this hotel before reading the reviews I was apprehensive about going but I can honestly say that it was great. Wonderful location, friendly staff and a good sized room with the most amazing sea view and comfortable proper double bed. The bathroom was large and clean. Unbelievable price - we had stayed the night before in a four star hotel further down the coast which cost us three times the price and I know which place I enjoyed more - Esmeralda wins hands down. Decent breakfast, strong WiFi too. Loved this quirky hotel and I feel that the reviews give an unfair view. Can't wait to return!
You pay for what you get
Ok I will start with the bad and try and end with the good. BAD..... 1.) In every review, walls are paper thin, if you get noisy neighbours, unlucky. 2.) Kept getting a bad smell from the bathroom, like a dirty nappy smell. 3.) Food. I paid full board, what a mistake. The food is simply awful. I have never stayed in a hotel that when you've paid full board, you don't get drinks included with your meal. In fact you don't even get water, A BASIC HUMAN RIGHT, you have to BUY water from them! I took my own bottle of water to dinner and was repremanded by the staff for having my own water! The ambience in the restaurant is akin only to a funeral parlour or a library, absolute silence, it's dead. The choice of food is also very poor, frozen chips every day! Nothing is fresh apart from salad. I cannot emphasize too much that please to anybody thinking of staying here, DO NOT pay for full board as you will end up eating out anyway. 4.) Poor Sleep. I think the hotel has an ancient internal air con for the halls, every night you can hear a humming noise which actually makes the walls vibrate all dam night. Worst sleep I've had in any hotel I've stayed. 5.) No safe in the room, call me old fashioned but I like to know my passport is secure, I don't want to carry it round with me. 6.) No small fridge in the room. In the peak of summer you won't be able to keep your drinks cool. 7.) Only one power point in room, which leads my onto next point. 8.) No kettle in room! I love to have a coffee on the balcony first thing when I wake up on holiday, like most people do. The only coffee is at breakfast, then there is a machine in reception from 10am until 7:30pm. I was on the 6th floor. I do not want to go up and down anytime I want a hot drink in my room! I think I've exhausted all the bad aspects of the hotel. So now for the good points. 1.) Location, excellent, you can't beat the location. Shuttle bus drops you off outside. Right by the beach and old town. 2.) I had sea view room on 6th floor, amazing views, but I wouldn't lean against the railings though! 3.) Water pressure is good in the shower. 4.) Comfy beds. SUMMARY...This is an extremely basic hotel, in a fantastic location. If you're a light sleeper the humming noise will keep you awake. If you're after nice food, dont stay here. If you like a drink of coffee when you wake up, don't stay here. If you sleep like a log, only want a room and not food, and no amenities at all, then the location is great and its as cheap as the frozen chips they serve every day. Personally....I wouldn't stay here again, but I've given an honest review so make your own choice based upon it. SUMMARY.....if you are after a very very basic
