Quem quiser, come o que quiser. A internet é paga, o cofre no quarto é pago.
not up to standard
went here october 2018 unable to find prev review this is a clean hotel with indoor pool etc but i was not impressed with the sevice. we went on a trip to altea and when we came back went to bar to order a snack my husband returned with drinks and crisps and started laughing as the bar man told him they did not serve snacks and we would have to go down the road to the camp site if we wanted a snack ...what a joke we paid for the internet when asked if was for all our room was told yes to only find out it was per item i.e one mobile phone i was not really impressed with the food, had to have practicly the same thing every evening meal and to top it off when we left our pick up was not outside the hotel but down the road outside the camp site, luckily it was not raining or we would have been nice and wet for our long journey back home to blighty! not for me sorry
Our very first trip to Benidorm. Arrived 10th March 2020 for one week. The hotel was spotlessly clean, not many guests, perhaps 60 or so. The food started as excellent then as the week progressed and the number of guests declined the food became very bland. however that was forgivable under the unusual circumstances. We arrived on the 10th which was a Tuesday. EVERYTHING in the town closed down on the Thursday night. We did not know this. We only realised on the Friday, when returning to our hotel after a short walk after breakfast. We were told that we were to be confined to our rooms, only to come out for meals. The staff who stayed on till we all left were courteous and efficient. Our experience of the police on the Friday short walk however was the opposite. They treated everyone badly. We are an elderly couple not drunken yobs and yet all of us were being treated like scum. Even though most of us hadn't a clue what was going on.
The hotel is exactly opposite the Benidorm Palace Cabernet venue. Enjoyed a two week stay. Hotel not busy due to the Coronavirus but staff stayed friendly and helpful. All rooms have normal spainish hotel style and facilities with the addition of some of the main British tv channels which helped when people were advised to stay in the hotel and ideally their rooms during the crisis. Food is buffet and of a reasonable standard although not a great variety over the two week period. Beaches were closed for the last couple of days we were there.
Stayed here on Thursday night, part of a group of three couples, our room was excellent, spotless, couldn't fair it. The whole hotel was the same. An ideal place to stay, especially if you are seeing a show at Benidorm Palace, It was out first visit to Benidorm and the palace, but will definitely be back to this hotel.
