The rooms are spacious and well maintained..Room service is prompt and the room has all useful amenities..It's a good space to go family staycation in these tough times when you can't travel ...Giving a break and going for a staycation is a good idea to rejuvenate oneself..The hotel's hygiene level is impressive and all covid protocols are followed...

Visited the hotel for a weekend get away with family. Had multiple amenities and a comfortable stay. The staff was well manages and took are of all the safety precautions as well. the food was hygienic and tasty. A must recommended hotel in Allahbad.

Best hotel in the town Rooms were quiet spacious and clean Proper safety measures were followed by the hotel Staff was very co operative and helpful Best part of the saty was that I reached hotel mid night but after that also staff was very active and helped me with the food at mid night also Overall great stay

Birthday function- nice space with moderate ambience

Attended a birthday function of kids - the hotel is well placed ,with moderate ambience and parking space. The snacks were good and overall decoration, settings and architecture were pleasing. In view of being in vicinity of Cantt.area ,the traffic is less with compatible calmness all around.

The Hotel public areas were neat and had good first impressions. Rooms were fairly large and the linen was clean and fairly new. The staff were friendly and the first cup of tea came fairly quickly. That ended the good part. The hot water tap produced a trickle and dried up after about quarter bucket. It never restored during our 3 days stay. same with our next door couple. Screaming at staff did not help. after 30 mins a bucket of hot water was produced. One plug point did not work in-spite of electrician visiting. Room service was erratic. some time in 5 mins some time 1 hour plus. No hot water kettle or tea maker in the room. which is now standard in hotels at that price point. Room had brochures describing transportation desk and services offered. When we asked about it were told to call for Uber!!! I will not choose this hotel again unless forced to due unforeseen reasons.
