A room good for four, with everything you need for a good stay
My kids and I stayed for 3 nights at this aparthotel since it was located just next to the La Molina resort. We took Renfe R3 and got off at La Molina station. From the station, there is a bus that brings guests to La Molina resort. It's 2 euros per person and the journey is about 5 minutes. From the last stop, it's about a 3 minute walk to Guitart La Molina Aparthotel. The check in was very quick, with the woman at the reception very courteous and friendly. The room was good for 4 people and essentially have cooking facilities - an induction cooker, pots and pans, cutlery, plates and cups. There is a fridge as well. Basic toilet amenities were available including a hair dryer. There is a supermarket at walking distance past the La Molina resort called "Gemma Supermarket" where a good selection of food and drink items are available. There are several snack vending machines in the hotel too. There is no room wifi except a complimentary 20 minutes internet use only for one time. Since I had kids, I opted to buy a 3 day package room internet for 10 Euros. Free wifi is available in the lobby though 24/7 and so it's common to see guest gathering at the lobby. There is self serve breakfast, lunch and dinner that is usually not included in your room rent. If you prefer not to cook, there are many restaurants around the hotel at walking distance. There is a cleaning lady every morning to make up the bed, change the towels and refill toiletries. We never got to use the swimming pool, spa and the gym since we were out most of the time to enjoy the snow. Overall, we had a great stay at Guitart La Molina Resort and Spa. The room rates were reasonable, with cooking facilities which were a great help with kids who always woke up late. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and check out was very easy. We would certainly stay again if we visit La Molina ski resort again.
Great alternative to a beach holiday!
We came here from Barcelona for a summer holiday weekend in the mountains and it didn't disappoint! The staff was super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed as well as suggestions on where to go. I cannot overstate how helpful Noelia and Pedro were! The room was comfortable and had windows with beautiful views of the mountains.
Very good hotel close to the ski slopes.
This is a fantastic 4-star hotel in La Molina ski station. It is very close to the ski slopes, and it is very convenient for families, as it has many amenities for kids. I stayed there for a night while travelling on my own. I booked through hotels.com and I got a very cheap rate for a double room for single use, breakfast included. I got there pretty early in the morning; I parked just in front of the property and checked in after a fantastic day of skiing. The front desk staff was pretty helpful and offered me to the opportunity to keep my ski gear in a locker just by the reception free of charge. I parked my car in the garage, which was about 12 euros per day, as it was expected to snow during the evening and through the night. My room was very spacious and clean, it had a big flat TV screen with poor TV reception, a very comfortable bed and a well appointed and spacious bathroom. I had dinner at the same property, which offered a very good menu for around 24 euros. Breakfast was delicious, with many hot and cold options, and you could also order scrambled eggs or omelettes. Upon cheking out, I got a discount for my next stay. I will definitely stay there again as soon as I can.
great location bit old in some places
First of all its in a great location by the slopes. It has good ski facillities (own teaches, shop) but you may have to go to the other one.The rooms are big their were four of us two slep on two single bed couches while two slept in two singlebeds in another room big bathroom shower no bath.Food isn't great its like a buffet but not a lot of options. And breakfast is terrible as well its literally bread with some cold toppings.Lunch is a lot beter normally pasta and pudding and bread this is not in the hotel but its owned by the hotel.Theirs also bowling but didn't look to great.IT COMES WITH ITS OWN SKI SCHOOL.Wfi is free for a certain amount of time then you have to pay for it.The pool is nice but the canging room is a bit cramped.
Excellent in every respect
Very nice hotel specially built for families. Huge apartments with all comfort. Really nice venue with large spaces and simple decoration. Gym, spa, swimming pool and living room. The food is really good and the service so thoughtful. In the heart of the skiing resort, one can go hiking or staying resting at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much. Congratulations!
