NEVER Double Tree by Hilton again

1st: Room service cleaning entered my room at 07:20 AM while i was still in bed. why not after 8AM? 2nd: once he woke me up, I entered to take shower but: NO HOT WATER!! just simply COLD water. 3rd: AC didn't kick off. Failed to work Experience felt like less than 1 Star hotel. Will not book at Hilton any more. Extremely disappointed!!!! Andre Baron

I really didn't like this hotel because they did not allow me to choose a room. Even when the Hilton app itself allowed you to choose a room, LeQuan wouldn't allow me to choose my room. So I was stuck with the room LeQuan chose. Another thing I didn't like about this hotel is that the insulation is horrible. You can hear the people laughing next door, so if you like quietness, don't come here.

Walls are so thin you can hear people talking in adjacent rooms. Wood trim in bathroom is completely rotted. 3/16” gap between the door and the frame so you can hear everything in the hall not to mention bugs can enter.

Stayed here one night for a business trip. The check in was quick. The room was clean. The bathroom was a little small. The lobby was open and inviting with a computer and printer you can use. I did not eat at the hotel restaurant so I can’t comment on it. Everything went well.

This is a great hotel and one I'd look to stay in again were I to be in Alpharetta again. Alpharetta as a city is very clean and safe and this is reflected in the hotel. The hotel is located to many eating options within walking distance, as well as a Walmart. We came in from Atlanta International, which took about an hour. The rooms are of a good size and modern in design. In terms of other facilities: - A reasonable selection of items for breakfast; - Small on site shop; - Fairly small gym. Overall, would not hesitate to come back here.
