An accidentally lovely find

My daughter wanted to visit Universal Studio, so the whole point of the weekend was to do that one thing. This hotel came up as recommended so I decided to book it; the rate was great, it was off-season (first week of February) and it was across the street from Amagasaki Station. What a little gem! The rooms are small (singles are big enough for only one person) so I booked two, the combined price being less expensive than most double rooms around Grand Osaka. Super clean, in great condition, with typical amenities like teapot, mini-fridge, TV and toiletries. The staff here doesn't speak English well, so make use of your phrasebook if you don't speak Japanese. There are public baths (male and female) in the lobby, a smoking room (indoors, which is rare for a boutique hotel), and a breakfast buffet restaurant. They also have a car park out back, and laundry machines. Housekeeping uses those machines in the morning but they're otherwise available, which I found out when they offered to finish my laundry for me so they could also do their work :P There's a convenience store about a block away, which is always a plus, and a couple of good restaurants on the same street. When I left my mobile phone in a taxi coming back from Hanshin Department Store, which isn't that far away by bus or train, the driver took the phone to the police kiosk and notified Y's Hotel's front desk that one of their guests had forgotten something. A very nice clerk called the box to ask about my phone, then walked me to the location so I could retrieve it (about a block and a half away). I'd call that awesome service. It's not as close to Universal Studio as I thought, but getting back and forth from there was easy. I'd stay here again on a personal trip. Amagasaki is a lovely little extension of Osaka with age-old businesses mixed with new high-rises. Pretty laid back even by Osaka standards. I'm sure I could find larger rooms or better amenities nearby, but it's the staff that impressed me most, I fell in love with them!

ビジネス出張で連泊利用しました。 駐車場はホテル裏手に入り口のあるタワーパーキングでワンボックスでも十分入るサイズでよかったが、4台だすのに20分ほど掛かるので朝は早めの行動がよい。 部屋は他の方のコメントにもあるが、綺麗だが少々狭く、レイアウトも少し違和感（大きな問題はないけど）あり。 コンセントやUSB口とかあるけどなぜここなのか…。 パソコン作業には狭く暗い簡易テーブル。これはテーブルなのか？スーツケースを置くところなのか？ 冷蔵庫は狭く薄い。ペットボトル4本が限界。 キレイなので良いんですが、 何かズレてる様な気もする、 そんなホテルです。 （悪いわけではないんですよ）

Wi-Fiが遅い

Wi-Fiが遅くて使い物にならない。 有線LANはジャックはあるが、接続されていなかった。 部屋のダウンライトが変な位置にあり、ベッドではとても眩しい。 ツインのは広い部屋でしたが空調をガンガンに入れないと寒かった。 加湿器があるのは良かった。 シングルベットはとても小さい。

京セラドームまで便利でコスパよし。

阪神尼崎駅前に位置するホテル。 京セラドームのライブにいくために、こちらをとりました。 ドアを開けると、右手にクローゼット、奥にベットがあり、そこまでの通路は広い。そのため、壁に設置してある姿見は全身見ることができ便利。 ベッドと対面に壁際にテレビや沸し器などの備品がとてもコンパクトに設置。テレビも壁掛けタイプ。 これら収納の横に テーブル？らしきものがスタッキングしてあり、サイドテーブルとして使用しようと思ったら あまりお客さんが動かしてないのか隅っこに埃が溜まっていた。 またテレビが設置してあるパネルの、上部部分も埃が溜まっているのがうっすらと見えた。 エアコンがベッドの横になると顔の真上にくるため、喉やられるかなと思ったが、音も小さく、マスクし忘れて寝たが大丈夫だった。 加湿器に最初から水がいれてあり、これは片付け忘れなのか、入れてくれているのか、わからなかった。 テレビBSが見られます。 USB端子とコンセントも二箇所はあり、便利。 大浴場は暗唱番号を入れてドアがあくタイプで女性も安心。湯舟広く、脱衣所も綺麗。 部屋室内のバスは使用しなかったが、水道はちょうどいいお湯が出るタイプでしたので便利でした。 朝食はビジネスホテルだしお腹に溜まればいいやとくらいしか思ってなかったが、かなりよかった。売りは親子丼らしく、シェフがその場で調理してくれます。ミニ丼と書いてありますが、女性にはギリギリおなかっぱいになります。鶏肉が一手間かけてあり香ばしくて美味しかったし、ほかの料理も惣菜ではなく作られてる感じがしました。 ドームから快速で15分くらいでこられるこちらのホテル、なかなかコスパよかったです。

駅近でキレイなホテルです。 お部屋も広めでした。 フロント階に大浴場があり、ゆっくりお湯につかれます。 部屋着でいけるのでラクチンです。
