Precisamos de um hotel para pernoitar entre Pittsburgh e Chicago e conseguimos esse de ultima hora nessas revistas de descontos encontradas em paradas de estrada, quarto confortavel e grande com um leve cheiro de mofo e encontramos um bed bug pela manhã, mas não levamos nenuma mordida do bichinho. O hotel tem uma piscina interna, um pequeno mercadinho e diversas maquinas de venda, pois não vi nada por perto até porque o hotel fica numa região um pouco isolada, serve um café da manhá simples e aceitavel e por ser de corredor interno me pareceu mais seguro. Serviu ao seu proposito, mas por pouco...

The whole place smelled horrible. The pillows had what looked to be like men’s beard hair on them. They smelled like sweat. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. And there was trash on the floor behind the trashcan.

Reservation were wrong after I made a point of personally calling the hotel the make sure what I needed. Window fell out to the outside. Really!!! Air conditioner looking like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There was old food, papers and garbage behind the night stand. The toilet was turned an eighth of a turn away from the wall. The shower head had mold on it. I stayed in over 500 different hotels in my life. This by far was the worst.

this hotel was dirty moldy and smelly do not recommend whatsoever. Hey the bathroom tub overflowed and the sink in the bathroom the water would not go down they tried to four drain cleaner but that’s all they offered us. Mold growth in the bathroom wallpaper peeling I asked for another room they did not have one so I went to another hotel still have yet to receive my refund

Borderline Fraudulent - Terrible customer service

I booked a room online for 6/23/22 while driving on a family vacation with our dog. We found that stay to be quite acceptable and the following morning when I checked out I decided to book a room there for our drive home 2 weeks later right at the front desk. On 7/7 we arrived back at the hotel on our drive home. Imagine my surprise when they presented me with a bill for the room that was 20% higher than the price I payed two weeks ago. Additionally they had DOUBLED the pet deposit. As it was after 9pm and I had just driven over 500 miles with a dog and two kids I did not have the energy to search for another hotel. When we got into our room double checked online that I wasn't mis-remembering what I had paid two weeks ago. On the Ramada website, I could still book the same room that night for $40 less than I was currently being charged, and the pet deposit was still listed at the original rate. When I went back to the front desk, the clerk gave me some line about "well we raised our rates but haven't updated the website". When I pointed out that if Target mis-prices something on the shelf, they honor that price no matter what the computer says, they threatened to kick me out of the hotel if I didn't stop complaining. Needless to say when I speak to Bonnie Comer, the hotel manager, at checkout tomorrow morning, she has a very high hill to climb if I am ever to patronize a Ramada/Wyndam property again.
