Spacious and clean with great parking.

Although located in a suburban street these apartments are not too far from the city centre. It is about a 15 min stroll to the centre via the train station. Our apartment was spacious and the off street parking is a plus. Silvie, the manager, was very pleasant and very helpful with local info. The wifi was consistent and our apartment was clean. It was also a bonus to have access to free washing and drying. A very pleasant stay.

Too far away from the stunning lake and wonderful old town (a 20 minutes boring walk). No ambience. Big unit, clean, but without toileteries. Charmless. Parking though. Friendly reception. Last time we were here we stayed in the old town (with parking) and it was much better (Hotel du Chateau). Obviously not with all the unnecessary facilities you have here, but still much more convenient for us. The apartment is a horrible mismash of old out-of-date and disgusting furniture and dated and strange layout. Who would like to live like this? Way overpriced and a strange place....

10 minute walk to main shops and lake Annecy this small apartment block had good wi-fi and free parking. The apartment is clean and with a cooker and with a free communal washing machine. Very good value and good location.

I stayed here with my wife and daughter. the place was adequate. nothing spectacular but had everything you need. we booked on hotels.com so we weren't expecting an Airbnb type place which it was. we had to wait for someone to come give us the keys to our room as there is no reception. once all that was taken care of the place was quite pleasant and the owners assistant is really nice and helpful. it's a 20 minute walk or five minute drive from the center and when the place is not busy it has available free parking.

Simple but clean, with a nice yard and bunnies!

Great simple spot for kids. We stayed one night, and the bunnies made our child so happy! Nothing fancy, tiny bathrooms, but friendly and clean. Good pizza from the on-site restaurant!! We felt lucky to get this last minute.
