This place only looks good on the picture. In actuality, it is a poorly maintained property. I don't see what other reviewers are raving about. Only good thing about this place is its location: it is close to bars and restaurants and is located in Kaleici (old town). Other than that, unfortunately I can't say anything positive about this place. I would have moved to other place if I could get a refund. I stayed in this place for 20 days. I therefore could see all the defects of this place: mouldy shower; poor drainage of kitchen sink; not properly secured floor board causing tripping hazard...just to name a few. You can get a much nicer place in the area at almost half of the rate (or slightly more than half) that this place is charging. I have been to Antalya 5 times, and this is the worst property where I have ever stayed. The owner is a nice enough guy, but the property is not so.

The place makes u feel like home.All kitchen equipments and everything in the apart new. Wifi is super fast. And the television has got Netflix and YouTube. I went there with my girlfriend at my uni break I'm so enjoyed staying there. And the stuff are so friendly. Mr. Ayhan always tried his best to make our vacation amazing...cant wait to go there again.. About location it is very close to the pubs and it is only 100 meters to beach and hıdırlık tower.

Central Location with Privacy with a Professional and Kind Host, Mr. Bulent

We stayed at the large suite room on the second floor with my husband during his visit last spring. Suite had a spacious living room, separate kitchen, a nice bedroom, two balconies looking at the rear, washing/dryer combo , even a vacuum for a quick sweep up, all kitchen modcons and basic gear. We were very pleased with our room and our stay. I had a little chain reaction accident in the kitchen, which short circuited and switched off the electric , it was entirely my fault but a bit of a scare, but Bulent Bey handled with much professionalism, he quickly resolved the issue for us and kindly comforted me. We were given utmost privacy and hospitality at a great balance, which is exactly what people like us would want from an apart suite, which is in such a lively location but in a quiet tiny street. Best of all worlds basically. We did not ask for room service or cleaning, we took care of it ourselves as these are apart suites and we were supplied all the necessary tools. So I don't understand the negative reviews, if they wanted some superb fancy schmancy hotel service, there are plenty of hotels in Antalya with matching price points. This is an apart hotel, you rent a whole apartment unit, not a room like a regular hotel. C'mon you guys. Seriously. I'd def recommend this place to couples and small families.

Superb location

Great one bedroom apartment. Living room/ kitchen with full sized fridge, cooker and oven. Our apartment was on the ground floor with a French balcony. Superb location in Kaleici and near a lovely park with tea gardens overlooking the sea and snow capped mountains. Ayhan, the owner was waiting to great us and responds very quickly to any requests. Highly recommended.

There are more than a hundred better places inside the “old city”. The short review is to go somewhere else. The long review: 1-dirty linens (asked for fresh linens and received kinda clean but damp ones). 2-sofa bed is not really a bed. If you have children it won’t do. 3- unorganized: I’ve booked a deluxe large unit for my family with washing machine and received a small flat with no washing machine and when I asked I got an apology for the “mistake”. (They have 4-6 units why make such a “mistake”. People are not stupid. Owner Refused to refund my booking for the remaining three nights. Even after arguing with logic. Was very rude and adamant not taking responsibility, so I simply left. The deluxe large flat was rented out. 4-unorganized: I communicated in advance for extra pillows and linens for my family of four and that was not done until late. The old town area has so many maybe hundreds of boutique hotels, flats and traditional homes turned into tourist housing that are both charming and better equipped/serviced. Antalya is brilliant for families abd tons of fun, but don’t let bad apples ruin your vacation. I hope my review is useful.
