Great for work or for family needs.
I was staying here for a work trip for several weeks. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel provided the needed amenities for an extended stay while working away from home for several weeks.
A Quiet Place
After my husband's back surgery we needed a quiet and clean place. The Hilton Garden Inn was our choice, and we were not disappointed! I loved the room! And even though construction was going on outside, we didn't hear a thing! The men at the front desk were so warm and hospitable! Thank you all so much!
Excellent in every area
I would highly recommend this hotel. My digital key did not work, they called maintenance up immediately. it was unable to be fixed but the maintenance staff was very apologetic. I was able to use the key card with no problem. I did not see this as a negative at all. It is a clean, friendly environment. Staff serves with a smile. Restaurant food is excellent. No complaints whatsoever.
Excellent place to stay
My wife, myself and a friend spent two days at the Hilton Garden Inn in a wheelchair accessible room. The room was spacious, lots of room for my wheel chair and easy access to the accessible bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. We had a roll away for our friend that was easy to roll and use. The staff was professional and very helpful. The morning breakfast with cook to order omelets was a great way to start the day. If you are looking for a wheel chair accessible in Little Rock, this is the place for you.
A nice place to stay
This is the second time that we have stayed at this specific Hilton. It's a nice play to stay. The staff is very friendly, and the parking lot is extremely well lit. The rooms are nice. Overall, it's a good value.
