Noisy as heck, kids running hall, slamming doors, running up and down steps, yet desk would do nothing when we complained and asked to be moved. The black women on first shift were rude and the so called breakfast???Just rediculous! They had NOTHING! we got coffee and went to the diner down the road

What a RIP-OFF

The hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Carpet was filthy! Staff was friendly although only saw 2. Grandkids had been waiting all day to swim. The pool area was disgusting, bugs on the towels, pool appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was terrible. Would not recommend anyone staying here!!

Total lack of Safety & Security

If I could give below one star I would. I am extremely MAD. I still haven’t check out and posting my review already. First the room is dirty and smells like smoke. However, more important is the total lack of SAFETY & SECURITY. My family and I left our room for dinner. I pulled the door completely closed. Upon my return I noticed my room door was no longer completely closed. I checked my rooms door lock and noticed the DOOR DOES NOT LOCK. I even tried putting on the deadbolt lock and IT WAS ABLE TO BE OPENED FROM JUST TURNING THE HANDLE FROM OUTSIDE THE DOOR. No room key was needed. Thankfully I checked and none of my belongings were missing. I called the front desk and they seemed annoyed that I called. The woman said she would be right up. It is now 2 1/2 hours later and NO ONE CAME TO CHECK MY DOOR LOCK. Thankfully I was able to rig the door so it can locked. However, now my key doesn’t work. THANKFULLY WE ARE OUT OF HERE IN THE MORNING. I was very close to calling the Police Department as with my door slightly open I DO NOT KNOW IF ANYONE ENTERED MY ROOM. However, as I mentioned nothing was missing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE STAY HERE. AS THEY CAN CARELESS ABOUT YOUR SAFETY & SECURITY. I will be contacting Corporate also. As this is a huge problem. No one should have to worry about their room being unable to lock and be ignored after reporting it.

Outdated, Rundown, and the Worst Experience Ever for the Price Point

Worst hotel stay ever for the price. We paid $250/night to stay in an outdated, rundown hotel that had no elevator and a ridiculously basic breakfast. The only reason we stayed here is because of limited hotel availability near the furniture market event. Never again. They should have paid us to stay there.

Check in was easy enough as we had to find a last minute hotel for 2 nights. Other than that, room wasn’t the cleanest. There were stains on the curtains and rug. The fridge in the room was unstable and would rock every time we opened it. The mattress on these beds are very hard, there is no softness or comfort about these beds. I am grateful they had room for us for the weekend though because we had to cancel at another hotel. Hotel is also located on Main Street so has a lot of food/gas options around.
