For the seventh time in the row ,another perfect holiday. Seven day of perfect weather, warm and clear sea, simple but very tasty food and two happy kids that wanted to stay for the rest of the half term. We staid in a double room apartment with two air conditioners ,with outstanding views and car park right outside the front door. If you are looking for a family holiday, safe and quiet , for a decent price ? Then this is the right place to go.

Peaceful, quiet and unique!

Lets start with the property. Its located on a hill and its HUGE!. My family was in apartment in separate villa. The villas are on a higher ground than the main building and have two rooms and two large balconies per apartment, where you can eat, drink or just enjoy the beautiful view to island Ammouliani and Sithonia peninsula. The price is very good. We visit this hotel for 3 years in a row and we like it a lot. I can understand why some people don't like it. Its probably not for everybody, but there is so much space, so nice views. from the back of the big apartment villas you can see mount Athos peak behind the hills. For best experience a car is a must. What I like also a lot is that this place is not on a road. There are several quiet and beautiful beaches nearby (within 10km radius). The road to Nea Roda is very picturesque and fun to drive. Ierissos has classical large and nice beaches. Xiropotamo is like a blast from the past. There are very nice 3hour boat trips for observing mount Athos monasteries starting from Ouranopolis which is nearby. I recommend this hotel! Always a relaxing experience.

Peaceful retreat, very good value for money. Fabulous view of Mount Athos. Wholesome home cooked food. Clean swimming pool. Woken by bird song after excellent nights sleep every night. A few power cuts but nothing that would upset your stay: in fact reading by candle light was very relaxing. They have fridge in room so you can stock up on cold drinks, suggest you take a portable kettle for cup of tea after walking up the small hill side.

Nice location, extremely hot rooms, noisy a/c, poor breakfast, weird stuff, the lobby is a terrifying flashback of the 60's. The hotel is a bit smelly during dinner time. Nice pool with plastc chairs, Insist to book a front room, the view is excellent.

Perfect relaxation and rest for a nice and quiet family with grown children. Excellent rooms with breathtaking seaview from everywhere - from the rooms, the terrace, the pool and even from the parking lot. Powerful and efficient air conditioned system and fridge. Excellent fresh and NATURAL food from their own garden from the hills around ! Perfect sized restaurant, pool, terraces and parking lots. Very clean rooms, restaurant, pool, alleys and everywhere. Everything is pleasing the eye and the soul. People are extremely friendly (is a family business) and they are doing everything possible for you to feel like home. The climate have a strange singularity on a 2 km radius: it never rains, nomtter what is happening 5 km away ! You can observe the vegetation in the small area around the hotel. The only "but" is that you need a car ar bike or a motor bike to get to the beach or in the neighboring villages.
