No available food except a small store with few items. lack of access to pool for wheelchair users. Lack of lift and lack of access for disabled inside requiring a long route outside in over 100 decree temperature.

Nice hotel horrible smell

Hotel was nice room was big but walking in hauls and in to room had a musty smell and issues with ants my kids and I had ant bites even after house keeping cleaned, only good thing was the size of the room and 10 minute drive to stadiums and restaurants

Expect to burn up at the pool because it closes early. Our room was good with the spa tub loved it. Could use updated

Pool close to early, it looked beautiful but didn't get to enjoy it. Furniture needs to be updated. Spa tub in room and shower was everything.Outside that all good! Club nice but stop serving food too w early.

Don't Stay Here/ Worst Experience

This was the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. There are alot of steps to climb up to get into hotel; I was having pain in one of my legs so I parked in a stall next to Handicap ones and tried to use the side door once I was checked in but my room key didn't work the whole time I was there. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would report it to maintenance but each time I tried to use the side door to enter Hotel it wouldn't work and then when I tried to enter my room the key wouldn't work either so I had to change it out several times. Also I booked this hotel online and had the paper with me to prove the correct price and thank goodness I did because they tried to overcharge me; I proved it because I had printed out my paper with me so they removed the overcharge. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. There are better hotels in the area.

There are lots of other options in Arlington. The hotel is not in the best area and has obviously not been updated since 1975. I didn’t feel safe for my teenage kids to be at the pool. The restaurant was not open and the coffee was horrible.
