This hotel is well placed for amenities, it was spotlessly clean, with a very family friendly pool. I was on crotches and sadly we were placed on the 3rd floor, there is only one lift and it was at the other end of the floor, so a long walk everyday

The hotel is right in the heart of Las Americas. The rooms are lovely and spacious with fantastic views from the balcony. Went self catering however I purchased food from the hotel and it was lovely and well priced. The pool is rather warm. Your only 1 minute from the beach and around 3 to 4 minutes to the Sun king. Definitely go back to this hotel.

Was here last week for new year.The hotel was basic and out the way of places so you either had to walk or get a taxi to where you wanted to go.we went all inclusive all I can say was I ate out for breakfast and dinner every day.the entertainment at night was more or less non existent.I’ve been abroad for about 20yrs and never experienced a hotel to be so quiet at night.was good getting away but I’ll not be back staying here.

First of all pluses Close to beach and bars Clean Sunbeds fine Xmas time no issue getting any or rush on morning. Food standard typical all inclusive Fridge and microwave in room Pull out bed under sofa for 3rd person bit lumpy. Location perfect. Minuses Too many extras to pay for as not all inclusive at all. WiFi is extra plus unsafe. Had to use own data as cheaper than buying there's. How archaic is that WiFi is standard! Towels/extra key/safe/hairdryer and iron Slippy slope from top floors saw an accident there. Plus all floors slippery. Lifts did not work all of time. NO AIRCON. Lucky in December but seriously in June it would be vile. Do not book if you want aircon. Hot water tank in bathroom so 3rd person got cold shower. That's poor. Tired hotel. Needs upgrading. Dire evening entertainment no wonder no-one stays in. Pool not heated.

Its a great stay fir families its super sunny around this place all day around expect from other places nearby good food enough to do for the kids and good stores outside your hotel zara bershka nike all food places nearby beach is a 2min walk from the hotel
