Very Rude Front Desk

The rooms are fine, but expect a ton of attitude from the lady that works the front desk during the day. I heard her basically screaming from her desk when I was in the hallway on the second floor. Very surprised they allow her to work there. Extremely rude 👎

I will not visit this hotel again. Broken elevator, told we had queen beds in our room (which we paid for) but they were definitely not queen beds, no one was at the desk and we had to wait 15+ minutes while they were on their smoke break and then when we came back about 15 minutes late to ask a question about our room they were on another smoke break!

Awful place. Got in late at night. Air conditioning was broken in my room. Ordered two queen beds and got two fulls instead. Room didn’t feel clean. Outdated everything. Lobby smelled like weed (this did change in the morning, so maybe not a huge deal). Breakfast was terrible. My 1 year old couldn’t even stomach one of the waffles lol. But hey, the fridge did work in the bedroom, so that’s a plus.

Clean-ish hotel, but they put us in a wing where they were doing renovations the next morning- we were woken up at 6AM on a Saturday AM by banging, loud talking, and tools clanging outside our door, only to find the ceiling gone and wiring down- turns out they were starting renovations. We came out and the workers were so surprised anyone was staying in that wing! Stay somewhere else!!!

I had booked this hotel for just an overnight because my son was graduating from CSU. Upon arrival my hotel was canceled due to a flood in the hotel. We canceled the hotel and I was given a cancelation confirmation. Two days later I noticed I was still charged for the hotel room. I have made repeated calls and sent email in order to get a refund and have had no luck at all with any form of communication. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all.
