Beautiful, clean hotel with a view

The holiday inn at Biltmore village had an incredibly clean, well equipped room. We were amazed by the workspace in our king suite, with a full desk and a comfy lounge chair with a pull up work table and ottoman footrest. The furnishings were modern and the entire hotel was shiny clean. The staff was also exceptional, helping us travelers with an unusually early check-in after a red-eye flight to Asheville and no sleep. Big thanks to Tammy in particular for being so accommodating, helpful and kind. True southern hospitality! The view of classic buildings in Biltmore village is enchanting, and the surrounding hills of Asheville are a good backdrop.

My wife booked this hotel because it was close to the Biltmore one of the places we wanted to visit. It was clean, staff was friendly, and the room was a perfect 2 bedroom suite. Close to downtown and next door to Biltmore. We got 12 inches of snow ( not normal) the entire town shut down. The staff and management stepped up big time and opened the bar and the restaurant kitchen. There was NO where else to grab dinner in the city. They did an amazing job. Brandy and the other gentleman at the bar went WAY above and beyond.

One of the best holiday inns I have stayed. The breakfast is great and Kisha in the restaurant is incredibly helpful. The hotel is in a great location and makes it easy to get anywhere that you neeed to go.

Our family came for our annual pre-Christmas get-together and we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the whole place, and especially the room - an important consideration during the pandemic. The entire staff was friendly, but THE BEST was Kisha, our server in the restaurant. She was efficient, accommodating, friendly, and fun! This is definitely a place we'll return.

I picked this spot because of its location near the Biltmore Estate. If you are going there but dont want or need the cost of staying on The Estate it would be difficult to do better. Walkable to Biltmore Village as well, which is also a nice experience. It also has covered parking from which one can enter the Hotel at the pool level. Excellent option for bad weather or if you have things in your vehicle. The hotel is relatively new and the newer design is very comfortable. Comfortable beds, large showers. They do have a restaurant with a limited but good menu for breakfast (put it in your bill when you make your reservation) and it is also ope for dinner and drinks.
