The staff was great and they explained that they are under new management. They are in the process of working on some things in the rooms. They even offered to move me to another room. They asked about my stay and what could they do to make my stay pleasant.

Disgusting Hotel

Absolutely do NOT recommend staying at this hotel. I have been dealing with the mess since October. My boyfriend and I checked in on October 29th. Our room smelled of pee, our bed had hair on it, the sheets were NOT washed, and the air conditioning unit had black mold growing on it. After seeing these conditions, management was notified that we would NOT be staying there, and we had to pay for yet another hotel room at a different hotel. I also notified management of the conditions when we left, and was told that I would receive a call concerning the situation, and I did not. The hotel will NOT offer a refund despite the horrific conditions, and I have called several times to speak to the manager with no return call. Management is awful to try to deal with, and after having to go through my credit card company to attempt to dispute the charge, the hotel has provided "proper documentation" to reverse the dispute. The pictures online make the hotel look much more presentable than it actually is. Avoid the headache and potential health risk, spend the extra money staying at the Holiday Inn Express across town since that's where you'll end up anyway ;)

Very loud, dark and stuffy, drain was clogged, the faucet fell off and they couldn't do anything for us. Very very crappy place. 3 days there and we couldn't shower. Very loud people in the liquor store parking lot next door and lots of homeless people around.

This hotel was not worth the price. We spent $370 and felt like we were in a motel. This was not a quality hotel and I would not recommend staying here. The rooms were very dirty. The bathroom stunk. There were not enough pillows or blankets available and the elevator was a very scary ride. The front desk had no regard for customer service.

Worst travel experience in decades. When we pulled down the sheets, we found shall we say "male bodily fluids" left there. Obviously, we did not stay there. The young lady at the front desk was nice though.
