The hotel, itself, could use a good cleaning. It's not trashy, but it definitely needs to be cleaned. Our room was a little cramped for a two-night stay. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and helpful. Walls seemed to be thin, as we could hear voices and other noises. Again, the best thing about this place is its location. Within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants. Really wish they had a pool. With the heat index around 100 degrees, that would've be nice!

Terrible Humidity Issues!

Excellent location for staying when walking to Mercedes Benz stadium! Hotel has been updated, but we stayed in room #108 this past weekend for 2 nights. Our refrigerator did not work, they placed work order but nobody ever came to check it or even check in with us! We had to ice down items we brought with us the entire weekend. Also, our room had major humidity issues. All of the new lamps the have placed in the room are rusting due to the high humidity. The bathroom door would not close due to the humidity, and needs to be replace because it’s damaged from people forcing it shut and open. Also, the bathroom floor stayed wet our entire stay as well as the end tables in the room. Carpet was also wet and damaged from bathroom door dragging across it. Will stay again at this hotel, but will not stay on ground level.

I stay here every time I come to Atlanta. Big breakfast, clean rooms, walking distance to State Farm Arena. Staff is so sweet. Shout out to Khadijah! You gotta experience the jerk food just down the hill - walk there.

Great customer service at this Hotel, parking is a little tight, but great experience. Clean hotel and great experience coming to Atlanta. We were able to check in early as our flight arrived earlier.

I just wanted to acknowledge one of the workers at the Clarion Inn & Suites Downtown Atl. Ms. Tasha was very accommodating during our breakfast experience. We asked for several things all of which she promptly got for us. Even when the breakfast time was almost over she had the people in the kitchen (shout out to the ladies that make the food) make a new pan of potatoes. Then she delivered an individual bowl of potatoes to my table. The next morning was Easter Sunday and she gave my son a treat bag. He was so elated.
