Great Staff

Avaliou em 25 de novembro de 2021

My stay was great. Camesha, Robbie, Daja, and Marie were all beyond amazing. I initially only planned to stay 1 week but ended up staying 6 months due to the great hospitality. Loved every moment. The staff was not just about “business” but they made it feel like family with all the great conversations I got to share with the employees. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel as long as Camesha and Robbie are managers. They were amazing. Thanks again.

Very Nice Place to Stay

Convenient to many restaurants, shopping, and Truist Park. Next door to a small strip mall with a CVS and restaurants. What has made it a good experience are the people that work here. Management, Camesha and Robbie, are great and make sure things run well. Any questions or concerns are taken care of immediately. Everyone is very friendly, it's quiet and clean both inside and out.

My Stay.

I've been to this extended stay (2010 powers ferry road) and the one on the same street, I'm ashamed to say there is sex trafficking going on behind these doors. I hope that no one brings their children or loved ones near extended stay hotels on Powers Ferry. My apologies for those who have enjoyed it, but there are alot of lies, secrets, scamming, and "under-the-table" stuff going on in these locations. I've reported it to the cops even, but nothing happened.

Lovely Employees

Casendra(spell check) and Honor are the sweetest and are always helpful and understanding. Honestly all the employees here are great! Always smiling and never have an attitude about helping. The housekeepers does a great job throughout the entire extended stay. You will always see them out working inside and outside. The environment is Beautiful, mainly because of the employees here.

An embarrassment to hotels and a blight on the hospitality industry.

The most disgusting place I've stayed in my life. The most incompetent staff, led by the most inept manager (they certainly didn't send their best here!). If you can ever even FIND them at the front desk to be able to check-in, pay, get your mail, make exchanges, etc... Who knows what they're doing-- certainly not laundry (they'll frequently tell you to come back because it's not ready while having mountains of it piled up in the laundry room) or ordering special supplies like TOILET PAPER! Yes, that's right. They regularly run out of toilet paper. They're always too busy congregating in the backroom or some other place, like smoking at the entrance, to do their jobs, regularly missing package deliveries too (4 times, 3 days in a row recently!). They'll mess up the billing, they no longer provide coffee nor other breakfast items as promised on virtually every place their brand is present, along with the pool being closed, fitness room being closed, etc. and, rather than lowering their rates as a result, instead sent out a notice at the beginning of summer that they were going to raise them. They have the worst WiFi of any hotel I've stayed in, which is the same AWFUL service when you pay extra for it! I had to go to Boston Market when things were open and then had to buy a hotspot for work when everything shutdown-- seriously, McDonald's has more reliable service than this place. They make no effort to enforce their supposed "mask requirement" with neither most of their staff nor the guests (completely laissez-faire-- trashy people constantly hanging out in the lobby and the entryway completely uncovered, one day people are covered the next they're not, etc.), among whom regularly includes ex-cons and women who take part in the "world's oldest profession." I'd liken it to an eternal sick day, because you'd think Jerry Springer and Maury dumped all their guests off here after filming! They sit by and let junked-out, broken down cars sit out in the parking lot for months along with letting it double as a repair shop. They let their employees and workers alike sit outside (sometimes even sitting on the trashcan, as previously mentioned) blowing smoke into people's faces at the entrance (extra fun during a pandemic of a disease spread by vapors!). They do nothing about the constantly loud, screaming, cussing guests, slamming doors who carryon at all hours of the night and disturb the few of us who actually work for a living. They do nothing about the numerous loud, barking dogs (when you call, all you get is a "They paid for it!" As though I didn't too?). The incompetence goes all the way up too, as I tried to contact the district manager about all of this and he never had the courtesy nor the professionalism to call me back until I sent in a customer "satisfaction" survey. It figures though. From top to bottom, this place is a total and utter blight. Sleep in your car instead, it'll be safer and you'll have better WiFi access.
