It was a nice enough hotel. New, fairly clean and free parking. But watch your bill when you stay here!! We stayed using free nights with IHG. First issue was with check in on our first night. The woman had our ID and everything so she had the name right in front of her face but she checked us in under the wrong name/reservation! We get to the room and the TV says "Welcome, Scott!" that is not our name! We had to go back down to the desk to fix that and you could tell they had no idea what they were doing. We get home and realize they charged us 40.10 under "Holiday F&B" I call the front desk and they say it means it's a Food and Beverage charge. She says- OK, I'll credit it now" A few days later- no credit. I call back and that woman says no credit was issued and I must have went to the restaurant on site and I would have to talk to them directly the next day. I Never sent to that Spice and Ski restaurant! I tell her she needs to look closer at my account and send me the receipts so I can figure this out myself since they cannot! She THEN finally sees I was charged Taxes and fees on rewards night (which shouldn't happen. She says she credits it and will send me a confirmation which she never did so now I sit and wait to hopefully receive the credit in a few days. This hotel has been very frustrating to deal with and the people that work there have nooooo idea what they are doing- need more training and a whole new billing system. They are charging taxes and fees by mistake and their system is set up in a way that the employees can't even see these charges/can't figure it out. So I suggest not staying here with a points/rewards night or you will deal with much frustration on getting a credit for taxes and fees. and make sure they actually check you in under the right name/reservation because they have no idea with they are doing

This hotel has no sense of compassion! I was on a flight all day and had to wait for my room , because it wasn’t clean and multiple rooms I heard other guest being told the same thing all because the rooms aren’t clean and it was well after 4pm ! This is not ok at all I am member it wasn’t mentioned and to add insult to injury I had to wait over an hour for breakfast!housekeepers didn’t service my room over the weekend! Lobby very Beautiful hotel very poor service.

I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist named Ashley, was thorough and very helpful. I felt like a vip guest. The hotel was clean and I will definitely be back. The restaurant was pretty good but probably needs to expand their menu.

My first time visiting and I was quite impressed with this property which just opened ~6 months ago. Very convenient location right off 285 with easy access to Perimeter Mall. Ample parking in a well-lit underground garage with elevators taking you directly to your floor. I really liked the room layout of my suite and found it to be clean, spacious, and modern. All of the staff I encountered - from management to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant workers - were friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant & bar had delicious food and drinks and attentive service. No complaints; all positives. This will be my preferred hotel on future visits to the area.

The front desk lady was so Rude and disrespectful toward me. Her name is Ashley. Ashley can used some "smiles" in front of guest and more accommodating toward her guest. Ashley may not know that I spent over 2000 per month on hotel stays and I'm their value client as Diamond status with IHG member. I was going to stay just one night at my upgraded room. I decided to stay one more night so I made an online reservation. When I asked her that I would like to stay in the same room possible with my upgraded room. Rather than accommodating my needs, she accused of me that I intentionally get the online rate of a regular room and cheating to get an upgrade... It was a very embarrassing moment and I could not move all my belonging to downgraded room so I told her again I would like to stay in the same room. She gave me a new receipt that showed a much higher rate because Ashley would not honor for me to stay in the same room. I would be happy to move all my stuff to a downgraded room but I had to leave for my work. I asked Ashley can you change my rate to what I paid online. She immediately responds I have to give it to my manager Steve, and only he can do that, again very rude manner. I have never been treated this badly at hotel stays ever before. Ashley needs to smile more and have empathy for her guests. She needs to understand that to hotel guests, customer service is everything and make sure work on all guests are Happy and Satisfied. Especially, if that guest is very loyal to IHG group. Hope she does not do that to other guests that is why I writing this review.
