FRIENDLY STAFF HIT A HOME RUN!

We walked up to the front desk staff to ask a question and ended up in the middle of a sticky situation. Another guest was extremely irate about a live band being too loud. He was yelling that he could not sleep (even though it was only 9 pm...) and was berating the front desk staff member, Tabarek. She maintained her composure and was polite to him throughout the ordeal. He stormed off, insisting he needed to speak to a manager. However, even when a manager, La'Shawn, came to address his concerns, he refused to believe she was a manager. La'Shawn and the security person, Tracey, handled the situation professionally. We had nothing but good interactions with the staff at the Omni. In fact, Tracey took time to walk us up to the Battery and recommend some places to eat! Highly recommend this hotel. Fun location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Even has an ArtOMat machine on the 3rd floor - check it out! Thanks Omni! We will be back!

I booked the hotel for one night on March 3 to stay closer to the wedding venue. The hotel fraudulently charged me for the second night on March 4. I had no idea until I saw the charge on my credit card! I’ve contacted them 4 times at this point and each time I’ve been told that the manager is too busy, will contact me shortly and that they are investigating it. During one of the calls, their “not so friendly and full of attitude” customer service agent at the hotel tried telling me that I was in the room after 4pm the next day - what a complete utter lie! I told them to check their hotel cameras and to check my room key info - we left the hotel promptly! They asked me “well, did you check out when you left?”; “no, I travel regularly and normally just leave - never had an issue”. During another call, I was told that’s not why I was charged for the second night but could not explain why. Today is March 15 and still no refund. The guest folio I received is for one night and I would have never known about the extra charge if I didn’t check my credit card statement. Think twice before booking your stay at the Omni Hotel Atlanta Battery. Fraudulent unauthorized charges and unresponsive management. I will be contacting their corporate office because the company I work for has the Omni Battery as our preferred hotel for business travel in Atlanta.

Good views staff great clean beds comfortable. On weekends loud music till 2am from a bar in the battery. The hotel very knowledgable about issue. The noise ordinance should be enforced. Too bad would be 5 star hotel except for rude neighbors.

This hotel is excellent! Great location, beautiful rooms & super friendly staff - LaShawne and Tabarek at the front desk took amazing care of us throughout the stay. Would love to come back next time we’re in Atlanta area! 🙏🙏🙏

This was our first stay at the Omni at The Battery Atlanta. The room was well appointed. The hotel staff was super warm and welcoming at check-in. We ate at the PST SZN Restaurant and the food was delicious. A word or advice, the music on the Battery side can be heard up until the wee hours of the morning. I would recommend asking for your room to be on the side of the hotel opposite the Battery. Otherwise, awesome place to stay.
