We stayed at this Holiday Inn to be part of a wedding celebration. While there, we did not have any air conditioning, the toilet didn’t flush well, the sink didn’t drain and we ran out of hot water. These issues were discussed with the desk and the only remedy was to credit us an minor, not even half, of our total bill for our discomfort. Neither a change of rooms, nor the offer of bringing in a fan to keep the air circulating, was given. It was a miserable sweaty, sleepless stay. We will think twice about staying at a Holiday Inn again.

I missed the room block of $130 a night by 2 days and when I called they refused to honor it, which I get, but $225 a night for what exactly? The pool was ice cold, various elevators were broken at different points throughout our stay, the stairs were "closed" due to painting, come on, what a fire hazard in the making. You decide of all wknds to paint while the hotel is sold out? Awful idea. Our bed was placed backwards on the frame leaving the metal out for my children to cut themselves on. We had a super nice ront desk person try to help, but the frame would need to be completely turned around. Our whole room smelled like paint fumes, we were told it was the "covid disinfectant." The microwave wa on it's last lef, te iron was broken, there were dead bugs on the window sill, and molding come off the windows. This place should be $100 a night tops, very disappointed.

First of all, when I called this hotel, my call was answered by a friendly voice immediately! That meant a lot after spending 11 minutes on a phone tree at Hilton Garden Inn. Why didn’t I reserve on-line? This was a last minute booking on a busy weekend for Auburn, one site took my reservation, then notified me that no rooms were available (HGI) I was able to secure a room on a busy weekend for the area. Check in was smooth and friendly, we were offered coffee and bottles of water. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was soft, it was like sleeping on a cloud! Very nice for the night. The ventilation was quite noisy when it came on, but it kept the room feeling comfortable. I would recommend this Holiday Inn. PS: there is a breakfast buffet available at an additional cost.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Room was lovely and bed was Devine. Shout out to bar staff at night with the wedding crew- great service and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Room very clean, we had an executive suite which was very nice. I cannot say enough about the very friendly staff/ superb service with a smile

Basic room ,clean with your usual amenities . Free parking and wi fi. Front desk people were all pleasant and helpful . Lounge was good with bartender (Steve?) ,very engaging in a good way. The surprise for me was how good the breakfast was and reasonable. Mindy our server was top notch and really enjoyed her. Overall no issues and enjoyed our stay.
