So I come back to my very nice hotel from a very strenuous day at work, and my key doesn’t work in the door. After reprogramming my key it still doesn’t work. I am informed the battery is dead in the lock, and they have to have the maintenance guy come fix it. Oops he just went home. “He doesn’t live very far from here” is not the answer I am looking for. I am astonished there is no way to override the device and get into the room.

Hotel common areas clean. Rooms clean. Quiet. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. They worked to move my room close to my elderly father’s room so I could more easily assist him as needed. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Very pleased!

All was well, except we will never again, stay on a floor with people over us, for hours all we could here was stomping and walking, this occurred late into the night and started early in the morning 2 of the 3 nights we stayed here. I have not had this experience prior to this trip.

The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The only exception being the caulk around the bottom of the shower had turned orange. The rest of the bathroom and room were spotless, so I have to assume this was under the caulk or in the caulk. Something the cleaners could not get too. It is unsightly. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well.

Holly was Very Very Nice and Greeting was very professional. Room was Clean and Roomy and Big. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Breakfast is awesome as well and the fitness center came in awesome Use
