Very dirty, don't stay here!
We travel all across the US for business. I usually stay at Red Roof Inn's and have never had an experience like this with them before. I have a crew with me so we had booked two rooms. The first rooms we got were filthy, walls covered in mold and one room had roaches. Looked like there was a major water leak from the top floor. We went to the desk and they switched us to some new rooms. They didn't seem surprised but they were apologetic. The new rooms were only a little better. Only one room had mold on the ceiling and was peeling but no bugs. The other room had patches in the wall, both were dirty. The floors left our socks black. The a/c in one of the rooms sounded like an airplane taking off. The mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable. We will not be staying here ever again and I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a hotel. The staff was nice but they can only do so much with the place in that condition. Seriously though, they need to clean!
Stay away from this place!
Very basic room. No Kleenex, no extra toilet tissue, phone is not even connected, alarm clock does not work, television will not change channels with remote or manually, very noisy air conditioner, bedspread has holes burned in it. I did not feel safe due to vagrants wandering the parking lot. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Definitely won’t stay here again.
Dirty
Room needed a thorough cleaning. Dirty floor and dirty sheets with glitter and someone elses pubic hairs on them that I unknowingly slept on last night. On a better note the lady that checked me in was very nice and made my check in smooth. The rooms are too pricey to be this nasty.
Awesome
Great stay management is awesome room was clean. No complaints. Water was hot and cold. Food places were near by. Walking distance really. Didnt need my car except for when I actually had to go to my meetings

My name is Stephanie and I started staying here on the 10 the of June with my husband Robbie. The first room was ok but kinda small compared to the second one the switched us to. . Everything thing was great. Except not being able to walk to the store without stopping me . But everything else was fine. I did have one little problem. On the 17th when I went up front the lady behind the desk was very rude and disrespectful. . I didn't much like her attitude. Plus we don't have any filling food for breakfast.
