The Worst Hotel ever

We travel around India and we stay in Cheap hotels but this is honestly the worst hotel ever!!! Dirty and with all type of insects inside your bed! Everything is disgusting!! Please don't stay there, we have to take our bags at 10 at night and look for other hostel because I can not sleep with Cockroaches inside my sheets I'm really disappointed with this place!

dear, friends, / sir. please don't register this hotel, this hotel is not suitable for family. and there is no any clean room in hotel shangrila. in this hotel room in more dirty smell like as toilet smell, alcohols smell

Convenient and clean

This hotel was right across from the road by the bus stand and a convenient find for us. It was safe and easy to find. The check in was easy and there were quick porter services offered for a small tip. The room was clean and had clean linen and towels. I asked for tea and the manager promptly sent some to the room. The staff was polite and helped in any way possible. Stayed there for one night and think its great for the price.

Hotel shangrila inn in Aurangabad is a cheap option very close to Aurangabad bus stand. The neighborhood is dirty and not very pleasant. The hotel in itself is not that bad. The hotel and the room were relatively clean. So were the sheets. Yet the bathroom was minimal and without hot water. The main problem about the hotel is the staff. Unfriendly. The manager was the worst. He wasn't there at the time of our check-in but the next morning, when we went down, he very agressively asks us for some official papers we had never heard about. He told us foreigners were not authorized in his hotel (yet we had seen by signing the register we were'nt the first one) and threatened to call the police. Next morning, without any explanations he was incredibly nice. We guessed he wanted to get some extra money by frightening us and finaly realized it wasn't going to work.

Booking was easy through TravelGuru. But, when reached at hotel, receptionist said that they were not informed about booking. Still managed to get a room.Our family stayed there for 2 nights. The experience was extremely horrible. If you are with family, then please don't ruin you holiday by staying here. Spend some more bucks for good hotel. Pros- impossible to find Cons- 1.Dirty 2. Zero service. Not responding to any complaint 3.No towels. No soap.No moon light. 4.Dull Rooms 5. And many more
