Quartos sujos, roupa de cama velha, sem os acessórios de cozinha prometidos no site e atendimento péssimo na recepção. Não recomendo e não voltaria lá! Pagamos em dinheiro e foi exigido 100 dólares de depósito pra garantir eventuais danos, porém, o hóspede não tem direito nem a um quarto limpo. Atrás do balcão da TV (muito velha, por sinal), tinha sujeira acumulada de muito tempo e o carpete do chão do quarto muito nojento!

Our flight got canceled we needed an overnight stay. Room 133 toilet overflowed constantly. Drips from ceiling overhead when toilet flushed or shower ran. Water literally dripped on our heads. Floors were filthy. Very loud area truck stop next door. Watched a drug deal go down, seen a pimp & his worker fighting. They also only refund a portion of the $100 deposit they take without any explanation. I’ll be calling corp about that the AG office & the health dept. We checked out EARLY!!! The most horrible experience I’ve ever had to endure when traveling.

not a bad place to be. .the price is right ..carlos the manager on duty is here all the time hes kind. .and helpful.. keeps his housekeepers working around the clock ..i feel safe after hours..so thank you red roof...

OMG. The picture makes the property look so tranquil . Arrive and you dodge homelessness, cig butts, leftovers and inhale truck fumes. Never in my mature travel days have I signed 12x to get registered and then be accosted with a $100 deposit fee. But wait , there's more, you sign that you WILL be towed if you back in! Gimme a break. Keep in mind this is a regional chain. In no way do the pix say what's inside, I figure that country club white collar prisoners get a better room. Sorry, bugs, but I had to squash you. It was after all , my meal. Let's not say I stayed. I escaped,

The 1st room we checked into the lights didn't work. The TV didn't work and very dirty. Front desk gave us a 2nd room and when I opened the door a gy was sleeping in the bed. 3rd room TV not working Phone not working and shower looked like the ceiling looked like it was falling because of leak in shower above. That was enough, we grabbed our suitcase and let. Place felt unsafe. Horrible
