Everything from the moment we booked till left was excellent, pre arrival communication and directions were superb and the rooms had everything needed for our stay and were absolutely spotless. Adrian was a great host extremely knowledgeable and helpful and breakfast was asgood as the rest of our stay. Many thanks Adrian

Best weekend for our daughters 8th birthday.

We Stayed here with our 8 year old daughter and 15 year old son. It was absolutely amazing the host was exceptional and nothing was too much bother for him. The room was warm, spotless clean and very comfortable for our weekend. The 2 course breakfast was best I’ve tasted. The views were breathtaking and we can’t wait to return. We are out at the Old bridge inn and Galaxy Chinese and went sledging and reindeer hunting. Can’t wait to return and will look no further than here to stay next time!

Last minute November trip to the Cairngorms

Hi reviewers, this one really is a hidden gem. Adrian the owner made our family of 4 plus loopy Hungarian Vizsla feel very welcome indeed on arriving and throughout our stay. Going the extra mile such as showing us routes on his maps and helping us with his local knowledge, in particular to find the right walks and lunch spots for our abilities and taste. Accommodation was really clean and comfortable, reminiscent of ski chalet in France. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast too which was plentiful and great quality. Our dog also made a friend too. Great stay and excellent value, just wish we had booked for longer. Would thoroughly recommend. We will come back to visit again (this time for longer)

Delightful stay in the Cairngorms National Park

Our stay was very short but totally worth it! The rooms very extremely clean, which makes everything more comfortable! The beds were well-made, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The location was easy to reach, and our host was accommodating and patient with our late check-in and breakfast reservation. You can even reserve a packed lunch that will free your mind about lunch later in the day while you explore the surroundings or drive as it did with us! Now, the host again was accommodating, cheerful, and very polite and also gave us pointers about places we wanted to visit! The breakfast you reserve from the day prior from the room located inside your room. It was delicious! Our only regret is not arriving earlier and staying longer. Thanks, Adrian, for the warm welcome to Scotland!
