Presta um ótimo serviço, com cardápio variado tudo servido na mesa. Ótimo café da manhã! Localização muito boa, sendo o hotel localizado acima de um shopping e um mercado facilitando o dia a dia. 👍🏻 Gracias Edgar, Javier, Sérgio y Gabriel.

A five star experience from staff alone

Wow! Quite an experience! I arrived early on my first day and the front staff was able to put me in to my room at 9:30AM, which I appreciated since I had just arrived from a red eye flight. During my stay I frequently felt as if I was their most important guest, their staff greeting me with a friendly ‘Hola’, proactively giving me sweet drinks during breakfast, keeping my coffee full, and offering their assistance. Their maid staff was equally awesome, every day they mopped(!!!) the bathroom floor and replaced towels without even being asked. I didn’t even think that I made that much of a mess! It was extra appreciated with hotels cutting the majority of service with COVID. Don’t get me wrong, it is initially a little confusing finding my room due to the elevators/floors, but they escorted me to my room to ensure that I found it. There was also an odd issue with the fire alarm going off on my first day 5 minutes before my alarm was set to go off anyways.

Amazing stay. Loved every moment of it. Close to north bus terminal. Easy check in. Very clean. Lot of great covid precautions. Comfortable. Proximity to a number of restaurants and shops. My favorite part of the trip was the hospitality by the manager Sergio at the breakfast bar. He pulled all plugs to ensure that his chef can make me a special gluten free vegan breakfast that was normally not part of the menu. He also packed food for my partner for the trip ahead.
