Everything was great. Rooms were good, especially the view. The breakfast buffet has a really good range, so much more improved compared to 6 months ago. Hotel staff are lovely. But the bathroom (and corridor) has some bad smell. Everything was great. Rooms were good, especially the view. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located and connected to the mall. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Dining area was clean and the included breakfast was buffet style. Food choices were excellent and were delicious. Hotel is up to US standards. The room was clean and comfortable.

Disappointed that Radisson would allow this poor quality

I was terribly disappointed in this hotel. - the beds are extremely firm. I usually like a firm mattress and I HATED this one. The bed is the most important part of any hotel and the sleep here was miserable - The room looks good on the surface but everything is actually very cheaply done. The floors are cheap rolled vinyl, the desk chair is small, cheap and uncomfortable and the seat on the one in my room was ripped, there is no dresser or other drawers for putting away clothes. Worst of all your shower amenities are large bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc. This is a real issue because a previous guest could have put anything in those bottles. Housekeeping refills them but I am sure they do not empty them. When I complained they said “this is the Radisson standard. This concerned me so much I reached out to the Radisson Blu in Cebu and asked about their bath amenities- they still have small unopened individual bottles, so clearly this is not the Radisson standard. Please note, I am not talking about the secured amenity dispensing systems many hotels use….the Park Inn is using large bottles with screw on lids - The restaurant is terrible. Please note, they claim 4 restaurants, but really it’s only 1 plus the pool bar. The restaurant is extremely loud, the chairs are all cheap plastic, the food is unacceptably bad, my coworker sent her burger back and I only ate half. The waitress even agreed it looked nothing like the picture. The wait staff ignored us and were completely focused on setting up for to breakfast tomorrow. Note, we were there at 8:30 PM and the restaurant is open unto 10 PM. The entire time we are there they are dragging chairs and tables, setting up tables and just adding more noise to the cacophony of sound that already included screaming children and a person on a microphone doing some kind of presentation in the small meeting room adjacent to the restaurant, which of course had the door open so it was even louder I’ve been traveling for business for over 30 years and this is definitely one of my worst ever hotel experiences. I was shocked a Radisson associated property was allowed to be this bad Among other issues: - check in was inconsistent. My coworker was told that they only clean the rooms every 3 days , but I was standing right next to her and the person checking me in was inconsistent - The front desk claimed not to have change. I’m not talking currency exchange, I just wanted to change a 1000 peso bill to have money for tips and they acted like I asked for the impossible - The elevators are annoying. Needing to announce every floor they stop on and to announce every time a door opens or closes - The bathroom light in my coworker’s room did not work This was so bad we checked out 2 days early

its an okay stay. smoking area should be place near to the bar so people shouldnt go down everytime. a bit pricey, services and facilities are good. staff are friendly and helpful. location is excellent.

PWD inclusive

I was transferred to a PWD room, which I completely fine, and I appreciate that the hotel is inclusive and considerate of PWD guests. The bathroom is PWD friendly aside from the bathroom door that is quite difficult to slide open and close, which is supposedly easy especially for PWDs.
