Most of the guest are (obiously) here to enjoy the facilities in spa and other health improving activities. But we uset the stay for one night on our wayvhome from Italy. And it was very nice. Old School charme, noisy floors, big beds, bathrooms with tub and water sounding like Niagara. Very beautiful garden. Super breakfast. Only complaint was a very rude evening portier, but the staff in the morning was polite and very helpfuld. Also the price is very fair.

The Rosengarten is the hub of Bad Kissingen, with the elegant Kur buildings & Concert halls right there - & there is the Villa Thea! You're immediately in the garden - delightful. The breakfast room overlooking the garden & the River Saale is also great! My room was very comfortable - all new furniture, but the architecture is 19th century & has a wonderful character. I felt like the youngest person there, not having silver hair! Totally suitable for wheelchairs & rollators (which can even be rented in the building!)

The hotel has a great view from the terrace with seating. beautiful lobby, very good breakfast, an excellent spa and helpful staff. The room was OK, the floor was squeaky, but the internet worked (room 102) and they only change towels twice a week. We had one dinner there which was awful!

stayed one night in april located right on the river in the middle of BK with its own large garden its a old world villa with additional hotel wings added on - charming town - charming hotel - clients are mostly seniors doing a cure - good breakfast internet works rooms are mid range with a strange fiberglass bathroom inserted in the room parking is payable the town tax for a stay is high could stay again

We had a lovely room with a large terrace with seating. The staff were helpful with reasonable English ( better than my German!!) . The lounge areas were comfortable, and was the only part of the hotel that had Wi-Fi. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, but quite a few choices, although the scrambled eggs were a bit poor. All in all, a pretty good stay.
