The best resort for the price!

If there is one word to describe their service - impeccable! They go that extra mile to take care of their guests - be it packing breakfast for the safari, providing us fresh juice and wet towels just after we return from it, serving us any dish that we may need apart from the buffet menu, allowing us to enjoy the pool an extra few minutes and what not - I would say the service, cleanliness, rooms and food are at par with the 3-5 star properties. And they do all this with a smile on their face. The location, ambience and the rustic feel add to the advantages. A great value for money! You needn't look beyond this resort given if it matches your budget!

Just back and recommending the property. It's green and quite place. The USP is its courteous and efficient staff. Manager Rakesh Shukla is all out with its team in pampering each guest. Small details such as placing mosquito repellent coils in front of doors to providing warm tissue with disinfectant at the gate while you return from the Jungle are taken care of. Food is also good and served with personal attention.

Very nice place, polite and well mannered staff, punctual, very helpful and cooperative, awesome food, neat and clean resort, room service is very good. You can book safari through resort only, pick up and drop facility available with charges.

I have been staying at nature heritage since the year 2016 and continue to do so.. this place is simple outstanding .. a home away from home.. the service levels, staff, food, the rooms and general professionalism. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Kapil Tejwani. One of the biggest reasons I stay at Nature heritage is because of mr. Kapil. He will make you feel at home and get anything and everything you need arranged with a smile. Mr. Kapil delivers excellent hospitality., Overall I recommend this place to all including the wildlifers. Their inhouse naturalist Mr. Dinu Burman is also one of the best in the business when it comes to tracking tigers in the park… with tons of experience you are in absolute right hands with Dinu ji.

A perfect resort for wildlife seekers - caters to all needs of a serious wildlifer. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Service also very nice. Special word of appreciation for the manager of the resort - Kapil, who has always made our stay very comfortable and carefree.
