I really like this hotel!
I booked the hotel because of the positive reviews given here: friendly, accomodating staffs, clean spacious room, good breakfast, and 15 minutes walk to the blue line MRT which you can go downtown, Chinatown, Chatuchak without changing lines and I am not disappointed! The 7-11 is just located next door and taxis outside the hotel are aplenty. The breakfast is quite tasty with decent varieties. The food are replenished often even towards the end of breakfast time, 10am. The breakfast area, located at the lobby area is spacious and nice. There are many massages shops along the way to MRT (Hua Khwang station) and the prices are generally cheaper than town area. The walk to the MRT is around 15 minutes - good way to keep fit. I am very happy with the stay and I am coming back to the hotel again in a few weeks time! this time with my family.
Nice old hotell
Really enjoyd my stay here at Atrium. Not in the middle of the fastest traffic but you get easy with tuktuk or taxi where ever you want. Staff is friendly and wants to help you, they dont speak really good english but i dont speak either and still we did manage to understand eachother.
Nice hotel, big rooms, good breakfast buffet, overall pleasant stay.
I stayed here for about two nights. The hotel is visibility nicer once inside. A larger open reception area joined with the dining room. If there were someone there to take my bags upstairs then it would possibly fit the part that the hotel is trying to give off — a boutique resort. Nonetheless, the rooms were spacious, hot water and wifi worked fine. I enjoyed the view from my room. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I’ve stayed in in Bangkok. Housekeeping was daily, elevator worked fine. There was also a nice breakfast buffet. There is a 7-11 right next to the hotel which is convenient. The one downfall is the location — it is not a 15 minute walk to the MRT. I typically walk and take the BTS or MRT, yet I used Grab to get to the MRT because it was just easier than walking. Overall, I did enjoy my stay here, however, just be aware that the location is probably not ideal if you don’t like walking to get to the public transportation. Unless time is not an issue.
Big hotel, budget priced , lots of charm
I stayed two nights at the Atrium Boutique and have zero complaints. I booked the hotel because of the price point and to explore a different area just north of the Sukhumvit area that is still accessible by MRT. I got off at the Huay Kwang station and walked a few blocks taking in the sites and sounds of a smaller China town like atmosphere. This is said to be an area that is still affordable to invest or stay just outside of the busy areas of Bangkok but like I said still accessible and a little closer to Don Mueang Airport. The Ganesha shrine is very close to Huay Kwang station and the Rot fai night market is not far either. The hotel was a little older but very charming and served an Asian style breakfast that was quite adequate. Every time I entered the lobby Morning or night there was a player piano playing which made for a very nice atmosphere . I also found some amazing thai massage shops for 250 baht an hour as well as some great local dining experiences . I recommend you give this hotel a try if you’re looking to expand your area a little bit.Definitely on my next visit list !
