I like this place a lot.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a good time.B U place is quite a big building set in a local area of Bangkok,so you're surrounded by authentic Thai food at all times.Security guards at the hotel are friendly and polite and so are the receptionists.All very helpful. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was spacious and clean.It even had 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies😁.The swimming pool was a good size and gets plenty of sunshine.Theres also a gym and sauna.The hotel doesn't serve breakfast so stock up from 7/11 next door.I would stay here again for sure.This is the apartment and views from the balcony.

Very nice size apartment, the staff is very nice and always helping you. A 7/11 is located just close to the property. The swiming pool is very nice and big. For the taxi and tuktuk we use the grab app wich is very usefull to find a cab and not pay crazy prices.

It's a residencial apartment building,which gives studio,1bhk etc apartments on rent As any other apartment building they charge security,very strict rules of usage of things, appliances ND amenities (there aren't many anyways)

Great spot for New Years Eve

We spent two nights at B.U Place Hotel over New Year and it was a great find. The open plan room is massive with enough space for a family. Really appreciated the large fridge when we wanted to stock up on drinks for NYE too. We had a couple of friends over and the sofa/table area was nice for hanging out. The highlight for me was the view of Bangkok from our room! 9th floor, awesome view of the skyline and even better - saw the fireworks without needing to leave! The place also has gym/sauna/pool facilities for guests to use - all clean and nice. Recommend this place highly if you want something a bit nicer but not ridiculously priced.

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently for New Year’s Eve for 3 nights after being let down by another hotel and we were pleasantly surprised as we had a studio room that included a superking bed,a balcony with a fantastic view of Bangkok and a huge fridge/freezer and the rooms were always cleaned to a good standard. The staff couldn’t do enough for you they were so friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was a good size and we felt safe due to the security in the hotel. Although the location isn’t very central they offer a free shuttle bus that takes you to the nearest metro station which is so much easier when getting around the city and cheaper! There is also a Seven eleven store right next door. To get back in the evening we often used Grab taxi’s which tended to be 150 baht from Khan San road. Thank you to the security guards too who did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend and would definitely return
