check in and check out was ok. i want to early check in but the staff do want to give us the small room which i dont want. i didnt try the breakfast there as there's pork for muslim travelers. our room was twin size bed and it is quite big. the water pressure is a bit slow but it is alright with us. few muslim small restaurant around that area. which is excellent. easy access to market. and worth every money i spend. but just the flooring is a bit dirty and my pillow sheet got stain. and plus a very good aircond which makes the room chill after the hot n tiring day

This hotel staff so bad attitude,we book that hotel via Agoda ,once we check in at counter i let her know my booking no ,then she reply me at loud voice say "no need give booking no i already know" then she very angry that let me know kids over 6 years old got charges 700baht per kids ,and say like fighting take a passport come i want check how many kids need to charges and i really not happy to see that bad attitude then i ask why got charges because im not understand she voice start loud then before then i say if i cancel this booking she reply me can but no refurn after this i discuss with my family see how then she start need to fight and loud say want call police to come ...i really dont understand why the management of hotel can give staff do like this ...i know if any hotel got different rule we must paid but nice to talk we can accept ....right really not happy once meet this hotel staff like this bad services,bad attitude ,bad face no smile (dark face),bad services in this hotel,staff like pick a fight ..after we quarrel we pay already then staff also no inform where to take a breakfastand also wifi password...if we asking any question she just throw that policy card and ask we read own ....stupid when meet guy like this bad..... on night we call operator for borrow hair dryer he say housekeeping go back already and askme dry your hair tomorow very bad services.at room 209 and 210 air conditioner not cold at all The staff no rule,no manners ,no helpful ,show very proud,strong talk,very bad service .

I spent a night at this hotel on my transit. Based on my experience, the hotel is great as it's equipped with an elevator which is convenient for the guests. All around there are a lot of restaurants and markets where you can buy a sort of products. However, by the time I was there, the receptionist was not in a good mood. For some reasons, she looked grumpy and was not serving us well.

A great budget hotel.

This hotel is in Pratunum, near the centre of Bangkok. We stayed for two nights. This hotel seems to have been renovated recently and the room was freshly painted. The room was quite large, this made it comfortable to stay in. The room was quiet. The queen bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. Apart from the TV and it's table there was no furniture. A chair to sit in would have been good. There floor had been swept but the floor was a bit sticky in places. Overall the place was clean. Breakfast was included and it was good but basic. One strange thing was that a Thai friend of ours helped us carry our luggage in during the afternoon. The staff at the reception desk rang us at 11.30 pm to ask us if that Thai woman was staying in the room. I hung up but in the morning we told them no one else was staying there. The hotel was located in a narrow laneway, more like an arcade. A taxi could not drive along this lane so we had to carry our luggage about thirty metres to the hotel. Overall I thought it was a good place to stay and inexpensive.

Floor bit dirty got quite many long hair , staff counter attitude not very good,no smile like we kill her whole family. Maybe see us speak chinese ,after that i speak thai to her start smile. Wtf Racial discrimination？
