Ficamos na torre 3, o mais velho doboutro lado da rua. Apos o check in, nenhum carregador para ajudar com as malas. Bastante frequentado por indianos que de madrugada já estão fazendo bagunça pelos corredores impedindo seu sono. Isso quando não espancam sua porta, tomamos um susto com uma velha indiana. Não repoem papel higienico. Estavamos esperando o uber na frente do hotel e um recepcionista começou gritar "outside, outside!!!", apontando para o lado de fora! Dei de ombros para não manda-lo para um certo lugar. Horrivel experiência.

The hotel, location and staff is good ..but my room had definitely seen better days...the air smelt musty and stale ...perhaps someone had smoked in there earlier.....and there was too much furniture ..not much space to move around.and I felt somewhat hemmed in..There was no view to speak of...just other hotel rooms overlooking mine directly upfront ...So don't believe the room photo you are are seeing on the booking page and the furniture was worn out ...definitely needs a good polish up if not replacement. Staff are pleasant and very professional..I had a good stay overall...but in Bangkok you are spoilt for choice ... for the price you have other plentiful options...so stay elsewhere ...

Loved the place good service .Wow !Rogan josh was amazing .Bollywood songs was great .Management team was good.will surely come back again .Had a fantastic time with my love one.Besides food the environment was wow.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at your property. The executive studio suite was well maintained with good housekeeping services. A special thank you to Ms Pammy and her efficient staff for taking good care and making our stay very comfortable. Looking forward to being back to the Grand President on my next trip .

The pandemic wreaked havoc with the Thailand tourist industry. The hotel is now just a third the size of what it was. Two other hotels have taken over each of the other buildings that were part of the Grand President. I have been using that hotel since 2006 and I like it still. It is clean and comfortable. Ideal location and surrounded by plenty of bars eateries and shops. It has suddenly become a little pricy though compared to in the past.
