Fiz uma reserva pelo booking.com e quando cheguei ao hotel com os dados da reserva os dois funcionários da recepção ficaram por quase um minuto tentando informar em um inglês quase incompreensível que eles não possuíam quartos disponíveis. Como já trabalhei em hotel, percebi logo que se tratava de um over booking. Perguntei se eles haviam feito alguma reserva em outro hotel de qualidade igual ou superior ao deles. Disseram que sim. Fui surpreendido pela falta de educação e profissionalismo. Me encaminharam para um residencial de péssima qualidade (Nice Residence) onde farei minha avalização diretamente para eles. Resumindo: O hotel não honra com suas reservas e quando há over booking te direciona para uma espelunca.

For the price, this is a clean and tidy hotel room. Fairly spacious with 2 balconies. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t really have much hot water, it was ok in the shower but not great in the bath. The pool on the roof was great to be in and relax in the evening. Liked the shuttle service into the local area. Overall not too bad.

Stayed here for two nights from September 9-11. Aircons in both the rooms we stayed had been stripped of their guiders and they also didn't respond when we tried to adjust the air speed on the remote control. And the aircons were extremely noisy. Wonder if they were bought from a yard sale. So we tried to sleep with the cold air blasting directly into our faces, coupled with all the noises. My advice to the owner: burrow some money and change all your aircons.

I am not one to taking to trip advisor to complain however I wouldn't want anyone staying here and would have benefitted from this advice myself. Staying here for two days we had no hot water or balcony door which shut. Staying as a room of girls, getting changed to leave for the day, we had workmen in for hours over the two days we stayed making it awkward to dress. When contacting reception regarding the free shuttle bus they were rude and couldn't communicate properly, the hotel is very far out and needs this service. When speaking to the staff about how disappointed we are with our stay they laughed, sniggered and stared at the computer screen in front of them. If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel is far from anything, every taxi gets lost finding it. Stay somewhere more central and don't put yourself through the ordeal.

Extremely rude service

In 36hrs of staying here we have had two maintenance workers arrive at the door as we’ve had no hot water, also our balcony door didn’t shut. With 3 inch gap which was not fixed for the duration of our stay. Due to the location, the shuttle bus is essential however staff were rude and extremely unprofessional. As calls cost 500baht per minute, we requested another way of contacting the shuttle service. After emailing numerous times we were left standing for 40 minutes. At last resort we called the main reception we were told ‘I don’t understand’ and the call was hung up. The second call was answered and I was left on ‘hold’ whilst listening to a male shouting at someone else who also hung up. Whilst speaking to the receptionist about our unpleasant stay we were laughed at and the staff member continued to stare at the screen whilst we were talking. Horrendous customer service, look for somewhere else to stay!
