Brilliant service 5 stars, upgraded room and value for money, good location and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and will stay again. Pool and facilities were excellent, and much needed with the lovely weather.

Shuttle bus and receptionist should be improved

The room is clean and smells nice. The location is okay, 1 km away from skytrain and they provide shuttle bus. But it took them 40 mins to pick me up from emquatier (skytrain). When I arrived, the receptionist has no service mind. They do not even say sorry for the long waiting of shuttle bus, they even say it’s not her business she’s just here to help other people. I don’t understand how the process works here since i’m not a staff. If you consider staying over here, I recommend you to go to other place. With this price you could find a better deal. The reason I booked the room here because I like UHG chain as I had stayed over at other to UHG hotel at Silom and Siam. If you want to stay over at this place. Run away!

Amazing hotel with nice personal i love staying here so i stayed here a lot during my time i visited Thailand , the staffs are amazing, the pool is great and breakfast were superb. One of my favorite hotel

The hotel is fit for purpose and the staff are quite accommodating esp. Yo from reception. The breakfast has got a good selection and quality of food. My stay was well enjoyed overall and would definitely recommend this place.
