Apartamento muito bem localizado, perto do metro e da Sagrada Família, bem como do supermercado Mercadona (que fica na mesma rua). Apartamento óptimo para 6 pessoas, com todas as comodidades e muito limpo! A lamentar o check-in que foi efetuado à 1am. Apesar de termos questionado com a devida antecedência, fomos avisamos na véspera que teriamos de ir a um local longe do apartamento efetuar o check-in e proceder ao pagamento (apesar de fornecidos os dados do cartão de crédito), o que implicou cancelar o táxi anteriormente marcado e a reserva de um novo, para a nova morada. Além disso uma vez que éramos 6 foi complicado arranjar um táxi que nos levasse para o apartamento, pois no local onde fizemos o check-in recusaram-se a chamar um táxi.

Apartamento muito bom para acomodar 05 pessoas, roupas de cama e banho limpas. Cozinha equipada com geladeira, fogão, máquina de lavar louças, microndas, torradeira e mais os utensílios básicos para o dia a dia. Possui uma máquina de lavar e secar roupas. Perto de metrô, padarias e mercados, e a poucas quadras da Sagrada Família. Na portaria vende bilhete para o Hop-on Hop-off que passa em diversos pontos turísticos.

Comfortable Stay

Just want to say that this place give u a lot of privacy and the place is so secure. Sorrounding area is quiet and accessible to a lot of tourist destination. Clear instruction on how to access the main door and your flat. Facilities are clean and anything you need are available in the flat. If I have one thing not happy about is cant watch any english tv program but not a big deal:)I would recommend this to anybody and will use this again if I visit Barcelona.

Very clean place, suitable for families

The flat is very clean, modern and well positioned, close to Sagrada and super close to the metro station, very suitable for families. The walls might use a new painting. Minus:the communication with the host was difficult, they didn t know/explain the correct procedures of how to get the keys. When i tried calling them they didnt answer the phone anymore. They are however more reachable via email. Overall good experience but communication regarding checkin procedures needs some serious improvement.

Great loccation but accommodation dated

4 adults stayed for 2 nights - location was good, just a few minutes walk from Sant Pau Dos De Maig Metro station. Accommdation was not clearly signposted so be sure to have the full addess when trying to locate. The appartment was big enough for what we needed, with 1 double and 1 twin room, however was a little dated and in need of some care. The air conditioning didnt work and the showers were slow flowing anf hot/cold. We were woking at 3am when our TV turned itself on (maybe an alarm set by previous guests!) On checkout there was nowhere for us to leave our bags which was an inconvenience as we had to keep them with us until our evening flight home. I would return to this same location as very central although probably not to this accommdation.
