O hotel cumpre com o essencial Bom para dormidas e pouco mais. O atendimento é eficiente, os quartos são limpos e espaçosos. Não tem pequeno almoço, mas no quarto oferecem garrafas de água e café. Nada mal.
Booked and Cancelled
So we booked this hotel with free cancellation and with no payment to be taken upon check in, the booking was for 2021, Yesterday the hotel tried to take the full payment my bank can prove this, I had them phone me and cancel my card immediately as the hotel should not be trying to take any kind of payment of the booking is payment upon arrival, They communicated with me by using the wrong name so we had no choice but to cancel this booking, For one this was a security risk I would not advise booking if they inform you it's payment on arrival as they will try to take payment, I've had to issue a new card and the hotel has no once apologised or fail to see their wrong doing, They passed the blame on to us the customer, Sorry but trust is a big thing and I don't trust this hotel, The rude receptionist and poor customer service on top of their payment error makes me question how this hotel has earned the stars it's been awarded, Sorry but this is clearly not performing to a high standard of customer service to get things wrong blame the customer get their name wrong time and time again, Is this the real life faulty towers, I dread to think what our stay would of been like and I very much look forward to booking another hotel
In this hotel you really are a guest! Very friendly and helpfull personel. The rooms are very clean, restaurant is good with regard to price quality balance. Good parking possibility. Really a good choice!
Nice Hotel but too far from city
We had a two night business stay at this hotel. The hotel is pretty decent and clean, with nice rooms and washroom. The beds are comfortable. A coffee maker was available in addition to a small fridge. The breakfast fare is just ordinary with the normal cold cuts and cheese, eggs and juices. The hotel is far from the city centre and the closest station is over 2 kms away. Bus No. 92 takes you to the metro station but is infrequent. Moreover, the bus is not part of the RER so needs additional tickets. An uber would cost Euro 40 to the Rotterdam Centraal station.
Short One Night Stay
I had a one night business stay at this hotel, and it fitted my needs perfectly. After arriving quite late, check in was easy and quick. The room itself was two single beds in a spacious, clean environment and well decorated. The bathroom was bright, and clean and was fit for purpose. Breakfast was ok, with an omelette station and plenty of other options that will appeal to the most fussy of eater. For a quick, one night stay it ticked the boxes. The only downside was the turn off to the hotel was difficult to spot, and we missed it in the car first time around.
